4 Bed 5 Bath Luxury Beach Front Home w/Ocean Views

The rooms were clean. The host was available and responded promptly to our requests (an iron was delivered to us). The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking (coffee pot, toaster were onsite). The beach view was great from most rooms on the top floor middle floors.We were happy with the accommodations.

It was a lovely home just in need of a little TLC. There were some missing door handles, towel racks, light bulbs out and the sofa/chairs were in need of a good clean (possibly it was end of the season wear and tear). The cushions on the dining furniture were worn (felt like you were sitting on wood frame). The downstairs bunk bedroom was a bit dark and dank with no bathroom access on that level. You can definitely tell it was a converted garage space. However we still enjoyed our stay with the easy beach access and multiple decks. I would mention that they cleaning service didn't vacuum the patio furniture as it was covered in pet hair.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our Tybee Island stay at your home.

We loved this house! The location was great - close to South Beach, Back Beach, shops, restaurants & pier. We only drove our car once because we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go or take the golf cart we rented. Check in was easy and Cameron answered any question I had. The house was clean upon check in. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could use some more coffee mugs and dish towels. The outdoor grill could use some attention and ran out of propane midway through cooking dinner one night. It would be nice to have an additional refrigerator for a house that sleeps that many people. We needed a broom to help with cleaning up sand but there wasn’t one. These are all minor things and did not effect the great time we had staying here and we would definitely rent here again!

We were in Tybee for our daughter's wedding. This house was perfectly located at the beach entrance and made it easy for our family to enjoy the beach at their own intervals. The house was very roomy and perfect for having multiple age groups all under one roof. The only downside was the lack of paid parking! Plan to spend 50ish per day for additional cars! (2 spots are included with the house)

We had a family of 12 people. Wonderful stay. A few things came up but the property manager Cameron went above and beyond to make our stay better. The home is spacious and beautiful. Definitely needs some updating and repairs but all and all a fantastic vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice beachfront location

This was the perfect space for our girls’ getaway. Literally steps from the ocean as described! The third floor was the perfect space with a large open area living room, dining area, and kitchen. The porch and the ocean views were perfect for morning coffee. The house was spotless and was well stocked with the supplies we needed. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. It was a great stay!

Location is amazing, stores and food are nearby and the beach is 1 minute walking. Just notice pets are not allowed on the beach. House is beautiful and very comfy. Lots of rooms and natural light. Owner very responsive and helpful. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 25 minutes drive to Savannah which is a beautiful city. We will come again!

Three families in town with kids ranging from 3 to 23. Plenty of space for everyone. Main living area (third floor) is bright and spacious, perfect for hanging out. While advertised as “beach front” it is actually one building back, but still has ocean views from certain parts of the house. No bathroom on ground level makes it a little difficult for the people staying in the bunk bed area. Kitchen is large, but slightly under equipped. Stove top was a bit touchy and one burner did not work at all. Beds were comfortable and washer/dryer a plus. Elevator was so nice to have to help with bringing groceries up. Host was super responsive. House is within walking distance to many restaurants. Will keep this place in mind when returning to Tybee.

Great spot. Plenty of space and easy process

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house on Tybee Island. Three families (from Fairhope, Al and Clayton, NC and Arcadia, FL) met to spend a week celebrating my mom's 87 birthday. This house was perfect for us with the large open kitchen, dining and living room where we could all hang out, the 4 bedrooms (each with it's own en suite bathroom), and most importantly, the elevator!The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset views were fantastic and only a quick minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Five 50+yr old ladies. We loved the property and the location. Close to shopping and the beach. The size was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Lots of space to gather comfortably. I liked the style, too. Very clean. The property manager was excellent. Quickly responded to questions. Highly recommend this property.

Home was beautiful with a great location. Enjoyed walking to the beach and sitting on porch.

The property is perfectly located just steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is lacking in some areas such as in the bathrooms you will not find liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in your shower and at this price point, it should be provided. Also the kitchen needs to have serving dishes, grill utensils, a working toaster, hot pads/trivet, faucet that is fully functional, and a better working coffee maker or clean the Keurig side (drips extremely slow). Additionally the gas burners do not always light and one does not work at all. There are many cabinet door pulls that need replaced and one cabinet door is broken off its hinges. In the living room the blue sofa table middle drawer is broken and is just sitting there. A few times it fell onto the floor thankfully no one was around it at the time. The sofa is not as pictured, it is WHITE and is actually two separate sofas not a sectional. Dining table is too small and seats are not comfortable. In the master bath the sink on the right does not have a working cold faucet and the door to the shower is extremely hard to open and close. Sticks super bad! Missing hand towel rings by the sink's. Bedroom closest to the master, the bathroom does not have a working toilet paper holder. The outside grill needs replaced. Loose boards on top floor deck. Throughout the house, many cabinet door pulls need replaced or repaired. With all of the above, we had a great stay and plan to book again in the future.
