Adela is a great host. Her place is spacious and cozy. My kids loved the extra space in the lofts. We appreciated the games, all the extra supplies (tissue boxes in all the rooms and bathrooms), cooking supplies etc. Everything was well organized and explained. This is a great spot!

The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The place is pretty run down. So much stuff made it feel quite cluttered. Things under beds. Windows filthy from the outside so it felt dingy inside. It was clean enough but shower curtain liners need to be changed.

This property is very spacious with lots of rooms but it felt like you were staying at an elderly relatives apartment with all their stuff still in it in it. There's no room to store food as the cupboards overflow with the owners plates etc. The washing up sponge looked old and used and if you use the dishwasher there's a note to say you will run out of hot water. The pillows seemed stained. The fridge and freezer doors were both full of half eaten food (including shrimp!) The sheets looked stained too and the towels had definitely seen better days. A few hours after pointing this out to the owners they put it down to my preferences not being the same as theirs and that the cleaners were meant to empty the fridge.Plenty of space in the kitchen but a lot of was overloaded with hen memorabilia. The plug in air fresheners were a bit overwhelming as was some signs with their course language on display. The review book was filled with loving reviews a lot of which seemed to be from friends and family. This might be someone's idea of exceptional but it certainly wasn't ours.

Beautiful spacious home with lots of things to do nearby.

Property has plenty of space for all, including the Pets! Trails, workout area and pools are all close by, and the area is quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. Clean, ample sleeping and bathrooms, kitchen well stocked to feed the entire party. Corner location so no traffic to bother sensative pets either. Definitely on the short list for our nect visit to the area

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the pet friendly Black Bear Lodge! The place was spacious and so well stocked…perfect for a multi-family gathering, but also worked for just the 2 of us. The area was quiet and close to the various mountain adventures we had planned. The community center was a short walk down the hill. Theres a bar with decent food options and the pool area was fun…there was live music on Saturday afternoon!! The walk back up the hill is no joke though!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Great spot in Waterville Estates. We enjoyed all the decor, lots of chickens and fun NH inspired decor. Comfy beds and home had everything you need while away. Only negatives were the drive up Campton mountain to get to the condo, need 4WD for the roads leading up to. Lots of stairs to get to home but so cool with the 3 lofts in the kids loved that! Plenty of space for a large group. Very special place, thanks for sharing!

We stayed at the condo with our friends (4 adults and 4 kids ). We had very good time. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, it’s close to rec center, hiking trails and skiing. We would deffinitelly come back.

The property fit us perfectly. It was close to the community center, which was great after a day of skiing. We had lots of laughs.

Locating the front door of 30-1 was fifficylt.

This is a cute condo in the mountains. It was a well stocked rental that met our needs for this vacation. With 4 bedrooms it did give us each a space at night. The living area/kitchen is on the smaller side but being surrounded by family this wasn't an issue.

Our family enjoyed our vacation at the Black Bear Lodge. Plenty of room and fun place to stay. The kids loved the loft bedroom and we got a kick out of all the signs ?.

Cute place, decent amenities at the community center, the comforts of home. Adela was very responsive to my questions including ideas for fireworks on the 4th. Fairly central location (an hour) to lots to do in any direction.

very fun spot with ample bedrooms and cozy nooks to hide children. Beds were comfortable, all windows opened and there were lots of fan which we really appreciated! To use this property you must be good with stairs, but was great for our trip. would rent again.
