Nice local food places and shopping right down the street. Clean and comfy.

It was nearby every where we needed to be. No hassle access. Great parking.

Very convient location. Responsive Hosts. Well-equipped kitchen. The traffic is a bit loud at random times and only for a moment. Good showers. Overall a good experience.

Everything was ready and very clean. Although things looked sparse- I was surprised at how we had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as Kleenex, enough TP, trash bags, an Iron, spices, dishes, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. Didn’t have to run and get a thing.

The property was just what we were looking for. It was close to local small business shopping and restaurants. It was immaculate with fully supplied kitchen and large dinning room where we could play cards.

Place was amazing will definitely stay again. Close to both my kids. Great parking.

everything was great except for the front steps to the entry door was not easy to enter because of the steps and how the front door opened just for people with walkers. other than that everything was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. Parking was very convenient. The house was clean with an abundance of amenities, plenty of towels, washcloths, and hygiene products. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, pots, and pans. The beds were comfortable and our family really enjoyed the stay. We would rent again if in the area.

Just leaving now and wanted to write this before I forgot anything. We were in town to see our former billet son play hockey. The proximity to the ice arena could not have been better! In addition to that we were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we didn’t take advantage of that too much, but the house was warm and cozy. Our group consisted of seven people ranging in age from 13 to 74, and our one year old husky. Everyone was comfortable and had a place to sleep at night. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at the house and I couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen. We were able to sit around and visit, which is exactly what we wanted. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again!

Great spot for overflow family guests and pets. Location is great, especially when we needed an afternoon outing to Newbo Market and Lion Bridge Brewery to give our hosts a break from the chaos of 20+ guests. Would recommend!

We were flying into Cedar Rapids for family birthday. The house was perfect for our needs. Host responded to my messages and everything was wonderful. Thank you for everything.

Came together from four states six of us were under 35 so it was a great location. We spent a lot of time staying there just talking and visiting and it was a great set up. Mark was very accommodating with the grill.
