We are remodeling this 4 bed 2 bath home in the Moundview neighborhood just down the street from Coe College football field. She needs a few more updates but is perfect for anyone that wants to stay close to Mount Mercy, Coe College, St. Luke's Hospital or anywhere downtown. Stayed Jun 26, 2025We came to Cedar Rapids for the USA Kids National Wrestling Tournament. Three adults and five young children. The house was very young-child friendly and clean. The house was located just five minutes from the wrestling venue, which was great. And to top it all off, my grandson won the Greco Roman and Freestyle National Championship.

Stayed May 2, 2024Due to water leak we didn't stay at this house. Mark was able to find us another house to stay. He tried his BEST to make up for the unfortunate circumstance, but location was on a very busy road & there were people with very LOUD vehicles.

Stayed Mar 4, 2022My family and I stayed for a weekend for an event. The host was helpful and flexible, even working with us for a bumped up check in time. The house was clean and well stocked. The dishes were in kind of an odd place in the kitchen, but they were there. We had a great time.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022This place was very handy to stay when dropping my daughter off at Coe for the second semester. It's really close to the football field. There was plenty of space and rooms.
