4 bdrm townhouse - 2 king size bdrm suites; next to pool, lazy river and Disney!

Second time staying at the property and will keep coming back! They are fantastic and the location and house are perfect.

The house was very clean, and the host was absolutely amazing. They answered all of my questions quickly and were very accommodating whenever they could be. The place is very family-friendly, with lots of pool options to choose from. My little one especially loved the zero-entry pool—it was perfect for her to be able to stand and play on her own!

Absolute awesome communication with the owner, very clean condo, had everything we need. The distances to area attractions are accurate in miles but time can vary widely so plan trips accordingly. (Certainly Orlando traffic not in the owners control, just a pro tip!). I would definitely stay again!

Really nice place to stay and enjoy our family vacation. Great location for everything we had planned and at the same time was in a nice quiet safe location. The house was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. Definitely will book another stay here in the future!!

Our stay was excellent. I had some issues after booking this resort with receiving confirmation from VRBO. The host reached out to me and provided me with answers to all my questions. The resort was equipped with everything you need. It was very roomy and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook, blend and enjoy! There were even rafts and tubes for the 2 minute walk to the lazy river and pool. The game room was enjoyed by the kiddos as well. I highly recommend this property.

Super nice staff at the pool & clubhouse. Lazy river & slide were nice. Reclining couch was perfect for my mom who recently had her hip replaced. Owner & management company very quick to respond

Well kept vacation resort neighborhood. The family lived the water park (there is an extra daily fee for this, but well worth it). Host communication was excellent.

Host was great ! Answered all messages and questions promptly. The place was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Some water floaties for the pool and lazy river also , which was nice! Likes the water slide, too! Unit was Stocked very well with all that we needed.

Loved the place! The property was very clean and was excellent for our family of 8!The amenities were outstanding (we loved the pool area in particular). And the pool was only steps away. We cooked a lot and the kitchen worked quite well.The check in/out process was easy and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay there again!

Host was great. Communicated very well and was super quick to respond to pre-trip questions. Townhome was clean, cozy, and everything we needed for our trip.

It was a great place to stay. It was close to the water park so you could walk. Had several things that you need like pack and play , iron, towels .our time was very well used because no hassle anywhere.

We rented this for our universal trip and ended up enjoying the resort more.

The condo was perfect for us….the grandparents…and 4 of our grandchildren and daughter in law. We had a little problem with the toaster and it was replaced quickly by the property manager. The pool area was great. We all loved it.

The condo was perfect for our group, plenty of seating to make it comfortable for 4 adults and 3 teens. We didn’t get many opportunities to use the resort facilities as we were busy with other things but this was our 5th stay at Regal Palms and we spent plenty of time there in the past. The owner of this unit was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made the process super easy. I would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this location for our Disney vacation. It was only a short drive each day. The location had a clubhouse and pool. The townhouse was the perfect size for our party.

Everything from location, property, pool and other ammenities and the house was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort! The house was as described and very well taken care of. I gave check in a 4 because it took us an hour to get checked in at 11 pm with 2 tired toddlers. Otherwise, would recommend and return again.
