4 Bdrm, Modern + Pool, Getaway, Central PS...CHILL, MODERN, CLEAN spacious house

Very nice bedrooms and baths. Kitchen was great and well equipped. The pool was very nice. Location is great.Only drawbacks were:1) the patio furniture was below the standard of the rest of the house. 2) The house also needs an outdoor table for dining.3) bedroom carpets are iffy

We had our whole family there for a wedding. It was perfect for our grandchildren and there was even a small office attached to one of the bedrooms that could be used for the baby to sleep in. Each family had our own bathrooms and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was close to shopping and in a great location.

Great house for what we needed and property was clean and so pretty! Walkable to different shops, etc. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious house for our group of 8. The pool and hot tub was also nice. The rooms having en suite bathrooms were great for privacy. House is close to anywhere you need to be in Palm Springs. Communication with the host was swift and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

House and grounds exactly as advertised, no surprises. Host is extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the pool heater and Raff remedied the situation immediately

Great host, accommodating and quick to respond. House was perfect for our girls trip. We loved the front porch in the morning for coffee and sun, pool and hot tub were nice and kitchen had everything we needed too! Would stay here again!

A wonderful mid-century, spacious house that is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are “high-end”. A wonderful heated pool and hot tub, are enjoyable after a busy day. The house is in a convenient location to downtown Palm Springs and is in a quiet residential area. There were 5 adults and all had a personal space that allowed privacy. Would stay at this house again when we return to the Palm Springs area. Great communication with manager.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! If you are traveling with a group of friends, this place is perfect because each one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Plus the communal space is more than adequate with two living areas, two dining areas, plus two covered outdoor spaces. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The home would also be great for a larger family group.I especially appreciated the courteous and prompt assistance we received from the manager leading up to and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

This property met our needs as a family very well. From the well supplied kitchen to the living room and outdoor space, our group enjoyed time together and could also find space to be alone. Some suggestions would be to use less chlorine in the hot tub as it was overwhelming and caused coughing when using. Also, trying to keep the house warm enough in the winter months was challenging with the thermostat. Overall a great experience.

Yep, this was a terrific pic! We had four 70+, two 40+ and one 11 teen in our group. There was plenty of room with the two living rooms and two outdoor spots. The location was very close to our favorite downtown eateries. We would re rent this place.

We had a great stay at this property. There were 7 of us and there were plenty of space for everyone. The house was nice and clean!

This house was lovely and spacious. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus 2 separate living rooms gave us plenty of space. The location is perfect for the restaurants and museums in Palm Springs.
