The location was amazing. The house was great.

Great location and plenty of room in the house! Love that the walk to the beach is so short! Baby monitor reached from the house it was so close. Only complaint was the water pressure in all the sinks were very low. The water pressure in the showers were normal though! Good price in comparison to the other houses around it! Especially for the location. Will be back.

The sunset and beach views were amazing. The property was clean. The only disappointment was the empty propane grill tank and I chose a very cool temperature week. But everyone seemed to enjoy it, even the puppy. I would love to stay again, when warmer of course!

The only drawback is that the only way to get to the beach is down a steep “beach carpet” that someone with mobility issues couldn’t possible deal with. The views are STUNNING! We will definitely be headed back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. We stayed in this home several years ago while under different ownership. The home has been 50% - 60% updated; however, there are still updates to be made and/or completed. Overall, this is an average home, but needs these updates made and/or completed to be competitive with other homes priced in this range. The mattresses and box springs or beds in general need to be replaced as they are uncomfortable and worn. There needs to be additional blankets and throws available in the home. The converted garage needs to be completed. The damages areas of the ceiling need to be replaced. There needs to be additional beach chairs and items made available as those available now are cheap, old and worn. The housekeeping needs to be more cognizant to remove all hair from the home - there was a significant amount of what appeared to be pet hair in the lower living area. With these upgrades, the home will be superior. We still enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location were perfect! My 6 year old daughter and 16 and 18 year old sons had plenty of room to be together or apart. We spent countless hours on the beach which was literally just steps from the house. The owners had beach chairs and toys. The umbrella was broken so you might either want to bring your own or rent one. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every day. The grill downstairs was great for all the fresh fish. I am already starting thinking about coming back next summer!
