Stayed Mar 30, 2022The house was very comfortable, everything was nice. Would like to rent in the future. There was only a few things that would make the stay even better. An outlet outside so we could charge our boats after a day of fishing on Lake Powell and a chest freezer to keep all our fish frozen. But the host Josh was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026The home was clean and comfortable. We were actually surprised at the comfort of the beds. Plenty of parking for our two trucks and two boats. There was a laundry with some laundry pods which was extremely helpful! We had 4 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of beds for all. We would use this home again on our next trip!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Don't let the outside of this house discourage you. The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location is great if you're visiting Lake Powell, the Colorado River, or North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The check-in process was easy. However, the number of beds isn't what is listed in the description. There are no bunkbeds which means there are 9 beds, but it worked out well for us because we ended up with 9 people instead of 10. The couch is large and comfortable so I suppose someone could sleep there. The only downside was that it was difficult to get responses from the owner when we had questions about the property prior to our arrival.
