Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Loved the “3’s Company” theme! Barely 2 blocks to the beautiful beach and amazing sunset every night. Walking distance to my favorite tiki bar! The “Janet” was the perfect size for my hubby and me. The king bed was a big plus. Tammy was a super host! She let us in early and gave us a late checkout! Thank you Tammy! I would stay again!

Stayed Feb 11, 2023The property was clean and everything one needed was there. Would like to stay longer next time. Looks like within the next few years some updating will need to be done. Negative: the bathtub was hazardously slippery. There is potential for a slip and fall.

Stayed Jan 5, 2023The property was in nice shape, and nicely stocked. Furniture was comfortable, there were welcomed basics like salt, pepper, and coffee, even some condiments! Easy walk to the beach, and the center of the town. Only real issue was that they painted the place, and after dark, we couldn't pick it out (same for the people in the other unit). Tammi says that picture will be changed. The new Jimmy Buffett Coral color is beautiful. You don't want to miss it!

But the little kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and RELAX. The bed & couches were comfy too. Plus, a shared washer & dryer to use; beach chairs & towels too. Thanks again!
