Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use.

Stayed Jan 24, 2026I loved how they had all of the daily essential stuff provided and out for me to use. They provide the same amenities I would if I was hosting. Didn’t have to dig for my toothbrush or shampoo when all I wanted to do is crash for the night then hit the beach once I get there. Thanks for the shell bag! I used it several times & walked all the way down to Milton’s pass with it. Will still find it useful for the rest of my trip. I also appreciated being directly in touch with the cleaner as I left. Felt better knowing she could reach me if she discovered I left something behind & text me as I’m gassing up on the way out of town. :)

Stayed Dec 22, 2025Awesome spot! Location is perfect; so close to beach, restaurants and short bike ride to Stump Pass park. Too many amenities to list but will know for the next visit as we’ll be back! Tammi and Luke were very responsive and helpful.

Stayed Feb 4, 2025Wonderful! The property is a great value. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. Owner provided a wagon, choice of umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, fishing gear, bikes, etc. Laundry on site. Owners were very attentive and made our stay outstanding. Provided suggestions for dining, and places to visit. Spectacular sunsets!

Stayed Feb 5, 2023The location is great. 1 block from the beach, a few blocks to restaurants, and a very nice neighborhood for walking. The owners, Tammy and Luke, were there during our stay. They are very nice, easy to talk to and are working on improving allot of areas inside and out. Our unit was small, good for a couple. We enjoyed our 2 weeks.
