3BR/4BA Beach Front Property with Spectacular Water Views from Every Room!

The house was amazing and the views were beautiful. We loved that it was pet friendly! We loved finding beautiful shells on the beach in front of us! The one thing that was a little annoying was that we could not control the thermostat to our liking it was controlled by property management. Other than that we loved our stay and would do it again!

The property was very clean, pet-friendly, and kid friendly (many toys and puzzles); excellent water views from many rooms; the host took extra care to provide a missing item.

It's a beautiful home. The views are spectacular. I have never been to a home where you get beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was very attentive. Highly recommend. I couldn't ask for anything better.

We immediately felt relaxed and at home from the moment we walked in. We will be looking to stay here again, for a longer vacation, in the future.

The house was great. The views are amazing It presents as a property that the owners obviously care a lot about. Everything was well kept and clean. They went the extra mile to provide things for our dogs like blankets for the couches, bowls, poop bags, scoop and barrel. Communication with Nannette was super easy. This is probably the best house and rental experience that we've ever had.

Home was just as advertised on VRBO. Well stocked and exceptionally clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group will be visiting there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Chez Soleil! The home was beautiful and very welcoming. The views were amazing and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The home was very organized and well stocked with anything one would need while on vacation. The owner was wonderful and responded very quickly to our texts. We would highly recommend this home. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The house was beautiful and close to the water. Well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood. We were able to have the family dog with us.The weather was not good most of the week due to storms but we found other things to do.Very peaceful!Host available!Would have liked to see full beds in the 3rd bedroom instead of twins.

Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. The host was very responsive without being intrusive and we were so pleased with our stay we will be booking again!

The home has spectacular views of the beach. We were very happy with this home - it was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the home. There was even a welcome basket waiting for us. Nanette is very responsive.Our only downside was a few days with lots of mosquitos, making it difficult to go on the beach.Wonderful home!!

Great views in a great location. Super clean; ideal for guests (all bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. Also convenient to Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Lots of great restaurants. The house is very clean, comfortable and the views are beautiful. Beach was great to walk on and there were very few people. The host sent a text to make sure everything was ok. This was a very relaxing trip. We would definitely come back.

What an amazing stay for my family and I. From the moment we parked and saw the views of the beach to the house. The house is impeccably clean and tidy. My wife is usually very nervous staying away from home due to germs, bugs, etc. This home made her feel so comfortable and at peace. She had zero worries about anything. They truly take their time and clean the entire home. What also made us feel at home is the extras that the host did for us. The towels, sheets, toilet paper, wash, and all the extra things made the stay even better. We didn’t have to worry about all of those things and focus on just relaxing and enjoying our vacation. This spot is definitely an escape for my family to relax and just enjoy the scenery. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your home. We made lifelong memories here!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a good location to visit other beaches and there are lots of places to visit near by. Golf, shopping and fun places to eat.

Nannette thought of everything at this beautiful beach shore home. Upon arrival we found a welcome kit and goodies for us and our dog! Extra kudos for the pup stuff! The decor was very homie and the place itself was very warm and inviting. She was easy to reach if I had reached out with questions, answering promptly. Highly recommend!

Very lovely house right on the bay. Beautiful large windows looking out on both floors. Everything was well designed and comfortable for guests. Would go back in a flash.

This was our third stay at this property. It is perfect for our family of four. One of the reasons we keep returning is that we can hear the ocean from the master bedroom. It doesn’t get better than that! We will come back again, which is the measure of an outstanding property.

My sister and I and our husbands spent an idyllic weekend in this lovely home in early November. We lucked into unseasonably warm weather (70s) and were able to enjoy leisurely walks on the beach without bumping into lots of other people. The kitchen was well-stocked and very well organized. The beds were comfortable. The host provide lots of helpful information about the home and the area. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later.

The property is fabulous. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is dog friendly, which made our getaway perfect with our pup. The beach was beautiful but had dead horseshoe crabs, which attracted horse flies. The house and views were perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house right on the bay. Views were spectacular. Very private beach and access to the beach was so easy. My family had a great time here. Saw a bald eagle. And everyone had a great time even my daughter dog he loved looking for crabs .
