3BR/2Bath Upscale Duplex Close to Beach, Town, and Convention Center

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

Great location near the beach and popular shops and restaurants in Seaside. The host was very gracious and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc.

It was a great location with plenty of room for our group of 7. Kid friendly and my five year old grandson says he really wants to go back!

Clean and welcoming house with lots of beds, toys for kids, some games and tv/Netflix etc for a rainy day or downtime. Right across the street from the river, so there is some traffic in front of the house, but it never bothered us. Weather was too rainy to enjoy the small backyard, but it had a nice table/chairs, bbq. There was an issue with the washing machine, but it was communicated to us ahead of time so we were aware of it. Close for walking to the main strip (maybe 10 minutes?) almost a straight shot to the prom and beach!

Very well equipped home. Just enough space for all of us. Location was great!!

Wonderful and Smooth Stay!We had a wonderful stay at this home and found it to be very clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check/out and we truly enjoyed ourselves.A couple of small things to note: a screen was missing from the sliding glass door, and we couldn't get the circulation fan to turn on, but the temperature was always comfortable. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones there were a little dull. The rest of the kitchen, however, was better stocked than most places we've stayed.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this home!

Clean, lots of amenities and walking distance to almost everything.

We had such a wonderful time! This house was amazing for us. We were able to walk down to the beach within 10 minutes or so and walk downtown in about the same amount of time. Great location! Our boys loved the bunk beds! We loved being able to cook and grill our own food and it was great having a washer and dryer because we got very wet and sandy a few times a day. Wonderful place! Woukd definitely stay again!

Need better pillows, more wine glasses and a pizza cutter

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).
