Home was perfect for a family vacation, house had everything we needed pool was great with a great location. Would rent again

The condo was beautiful, nicely decorated in a beach theme and very comfortable. My only issue is that you advertised “on the beach” and clearly this condo is NOT on the beach. My friends and I are in our late 60’s and 70’’s so the walk to the beach was difficult. I loved the beach we walked to, it was beautiful but my friends only went once because of the distance. We went to the pool daily so that was nice. I would put a notice in the condo the exact location of the beach access too bc we couldn’t figure out for a couple days where to go !! Just a notice to say…go to cvs down to the pedestrian crosswalk, then to the small path to the beach. Might make it in 6 minutes but I needed more than that !! Great condo though!!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Bigger than I had thought. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool was amazing, warm and large. Pickleball court was nice. Excellent location. I definitely would come back to royal harbor. This condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was perfect!!!!!

We always rented in Palm Harbor for two weeks every summer for years prior to Hurricane Ian, so you can imagine our excitement when we saw the unit available for rent. It was perfect! The unit was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in patio, relaxing by the pool, renting a boat from Salty Sam's and seeing many dolphins on our sail, Heavenly Bisquits, eating at some of our old favorites and tried a few new places... like Salty Papa's for shrim - YUM,... it was a wonderful stay! The check -in process was easy. The code didn't work the first time we tried to enter the unit, but a quick text to the team and they responded immediately and we were in the unit in 3 minutes! The elevator is being worked on which we knew before we reserved. While it was cumbersome getting our suitcases up the stairs the first day, we did get our steps in all the rest of the days which was great! Can't wait to return!

The apartment was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The check in process was easy and host was very responsive. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and was very wide with beautiful white powder sand. The only negative is that the area was effected by storms and many of the nearby restira
