3BR/2BA House-AC- Parking- Light Rail (Relist- supper host)

Great property located walking distance to the Lite Rail. It was very handy to get to Lumen Field for a concert. The house was spacious and clean. It met all our needs. Communications with the owners did take a while to get any response. But for the most part was unneeded. Would stay here again.

Several restaurants in the area that deliver. And it is convenient to a Safeway too. Easy to get on the light rail to get into Seattle. Just a really nice place, perfect to just relax between outings. Highly recommend

The house was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to the light rail and easy to navigate in and out of the city. Grocery store nearby as well. We did not rent a car and were able to explore Seattle as well as make it to and from the airport easily. This was a very nice, perfectly priced option.

Close to public transportation. Breakfast spots within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable.

The home was clean and had plenty of space for us. The off street parking was a big plus.

We liked the house very much. It was in a convenient location to nearby family, stores and restaurants.

I was very pleased with this property and the landlord. The house was super clean, the location is quiet, and it is close and convenient to the train. Safeway grocery is also a short and easy walk away.The landlord was easy to reach and immediately responsive. Thank you for having the coffee pods stocked when I arrived. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay and appreciated the landlord’s flexibility when I need to extend for a night due to a flight cancellation. I can heartily recommend this property.

The place is clean, I saw ant traps but did NOT see ANY bugs. The place looks bigger in the pictures, but it’s cute and served its purpose. It was an easy transaction, and pretty quick responses to questions before stay. The only kind of complaint is only overhead lighting in living room which was very bright. Only kids would be able to sleep in the bunk beds, the bed is very uncomfortable for an adult. We walked everywhere night and day and never felt unsafe and found no issues with the neighborhood. Next door neighbor has fun lights in the yard at night.

Awesome home. Fair price. Perfect location for our trip. Slept 7 comfortably. Very clean very nice. Would highly recommend. Great next door neighbor as well. Best tacos I’ve ever had only a 5 minute walk away. Will stay again if you’ll have us.

The neighborhood was a bit concerning and gave me pause. It was very densely populated with run down homes and pick up trucks up and down the street. It was, surprisingly quiet, however. Poor lighting in bedrooms with the exception of the master. Ant traps were found full of ants. I think the home was very expensive for few, if any, amenities. I would not stay here again.

This property was very beautifully designed for our weekend stay. It’s on a nice area and the neighbors were friendly. The master bedroom bed is pretty high to climb in but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely would stay there again.

Property looks nice and clean. Convenient coffee station. Surprisingly, no forks in the kitchen. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The space was efficient for what we needed. The response was quick when we needed something. The only suggestion I would make is to let your quests know there are ants that crawl all over the kitchen counters if fruit is laid out.

Nhat’s home is clean, conveniently located, and provides highly coveted off-street parking. The home is set up well for a couple. If you are bringing a group larger than two (we had 6), plan on bringing extra supplies. Some items were in disrepair when we arrived and a few were fixed/replaced but others were not. The smart TV is very old and the screen has significant burn-in. You will need to bring your own antenna and/or plug in a device with the provided HDMI cable to get anything besides Netflix, Amazon prime or YouTube. A Keurig was provided, not a coffee grinder as stated in the description. With a little TLC, this home could be a five star rental and I am hopeful that these items are fixed for future guests, as Nhat is a pretty nice guy!

Place was dirty, couch so nasty. Couldn’t even sit on it to watch the only TV in the house. Home in the floor with black tape on it. The chairs at kitchen table were about to fall apart. So it was a struggle to sit and have conversations with my family that meet me there from Alaska.

This was a great location for getting around to different areas in Washington. The stop for the train was a short walk away which makes getting into Seattle great.

This home was bigger than it appeared from outside. Clean and comfortable.

We had multiple reservations in the city that weekend and wanted a low key place to chill in our down time. This place checked all the boxes and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here. The home was in a lovely neighborhood, was clean and comfortable, just a short walk to the light rail which allowed us easy access to the city, and was spacious for our family of 6. Going across the light rail tracks to access the grocery store in the evening hours is not recommended as homeless and drug addicts abound. I’d stay here again but be sure to be home early.
