A delightful blend of serenity and sophistication, the master suite offers a comfortable, climate-controlled habitat on the higher level with plush bedding, ceiling fans, and additional pillows for an uninterrupted rest.



Refresh yourself each morning in one of the 2.5 immaculate bathrooms, graciously stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. For our culinary enthusiasts, the villa hosts a modern kitchen equipped with an array of cooking basics and appliances including a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher ready for your mastering creations.



Relax and rejuvenate in our elegantly designed living area, featuring a plush sofa and an attractive fireplace to set the mood for cozy evenings. For our workaholic guests, the dedicated workspace with a balance ball chair offers a perfect combination of productivity and comfort.

Guest Access:

Guests will have unrestricted access to the chic villa, except for the garage. Parking is conveniently available on the driveway, accommodating two vehicles. Guests can enjoy an effortless arrival with our smart lock system, offering a smooth check-in and checkout process.

Nestled on a quiet single dead-end street ❌ with just five newer homes , our villa offers a peaceful and private retreat in the Northwest Terrace neighborhood of Reno ️.



Enjoy the serene surroundings , minimal traffic, and a true sense of safety and community — all while being just a short drive from downtown Reno’s dining ️, entertainment , and outdoor adventures ️.

Parking is simple and convenient! ️

The driveway fits two cars , while additional parking is available on the main cross street (please note: no parking on the residential street where the house is located ).



You’ll find everything you need just steps away — including Save Mart , Walgreens , Bank of America , 7-Eleven , a UPS Store , and a variety of local restaurants ️.



The vibrant Midtown and Downtown Reno areas are only a 4-mile drive from the villa, making it easy to explore dining, nightlife, and entertainment .



For guests without a car, Uber and Lyft both serve the neighborhood, offering quick and reliable rides throughout the Reno area ️..



Other Things to Note:

Your comfort is our priority! A pet policy and additional cleaning fees apply for pets for a fee of $100 per stay with some restrictions. Please be informed that the AC settings are specific to both levels of the villa to ensure maximum comfort across seasons. For security purposes, the premises are under surveillance with a doorbell camera installed. Parking within the residential street is not permitted; however, additional vehicles can be accommodated on the main cross street. We understand your needs and hence, ensure a smooth, stress-free stay with an available guest contact throughout your stay.
