Hot tub use is included with your reservation.

Main pool heating is available for $100 per night for the entire stay and must be requested in advance.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to Las Vegas attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Approximate driving times:
* Las Vegas Strip:** 15–20 minutes
* Las Vegas Convention Center: 15–20 minutes
* Harry Reid International Airport: approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic

You can enjoy the energy of Las Vegas and then return to a private home where you can relax, swim, cook, play games, and unwind.

The kitchen is equipped with the basic cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Please note: This is a vacation home, not a fully stocked commercial kitchen. If you plan to prepare elaborate meals, we recommend bringing any specialty cookware or ingredients you may need.

SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME.
All guests and visitors must remove outdoor footwear upon entering. This helps us protect the floors and maintain a clean, comfortable home for every guest.

* Registered guests only. The number of guests may not exceed the reservation.
* Additional guests, including children, require approval and are subject to a $100 per-person per -night fee.
* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. A $1,000 fee per occurrence applies.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee per occurrence applies.
* No pets or animals. A $1,000 fee per occurrence applies.
* No glass in or around the pool or hot tub. A $1,000 fee per occurrence applies.
* Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
* The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.
* The **garage and Bedroom 2 closet are restricted areas** and are not accessible to guests.
* Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for safety and security.

🚗 Parking & Deliveries
Free parking is available in the driveway and directly in front of the home.

Please do not block neighboring driveways or access points.

Food and convenience deliveries such as DoorDash and Uber Eats are permitted. Mail is not delivered to the property.
