Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, each with a bed, cotton linens, hangers, and clothing storage so you can unpack properly and settle in. Three full bathrooms - one per bedroom - mean mornings run smoothly with no waiting around. A hair dryer is available, and towels and toilet paper are provided throughout your stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a complete set of dishes, bowls, cups, and silverware. Wine glasses are on hand for an evening in, and a dining table offers a relaxed setting for shared meals or casual planning sessions. Please note: cooking oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit despite appearing in the platform listing.

 

Work & entertainment

Fast Wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay, and a dedicated workspace means you can focus when you need to. When it's time to switch off, the TV is ready for your favorite shows, or simply let the shifting Guadalajara skyline do the entertaining as the city lights come on after dark.

The building is equipped with an elevator and the unit is a single-level home with no internal stairs, making movement easy for all guests. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided and the space is cleaned and prepared before your arrival.

 

Parking

Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.

Positioned close to Glorieta Minerva, you are in one of Guadalajara's most sought-after and well-connected neighborhoods. Paseo Chapultepec - lined with restaurants, galleries, and cafés - is within easy reach, as is the Historic Center with its landmark architecture and cultural institutions. Jalisco's capital rewards exploration, and this location puts you right at the center of it.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
