3BR Shotgun | Gated Parking | 5 Min French Quarter

This is a beautiful place with comfortable beds, nice linens, 4 comfortable pillows per queen bed, a nightstand with lamp by every bed, and plenty of towels & washcloths. It has lovely hardwood floors, high ceilings, & local art, & it has been appropriately updated while mantinaing its original charm. We experienced excellent communication with the hosts before & during our visit, both by messaging & by phone. The gated parking was a huge benefit, & the one gated parking space (area) easily accomodated our 2 vehicles (a 4-door Tacoma with a 6' bed & a Rogue). No other unit has access to the gated parking, so there's no fear of getting blocked in. The courtyard is also in the gated area, so it felt very safe to hang out there at night, in small numbers, etc. All but one BR are very spacious, & the smaller BR is narrow but long, so it's still plenty big for luggage, etc. The bathroom is huge with a large tub (with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). The kitchen is nice and is stocked with everything we needed, including a coffee maker (with coffee, filters, & sugar), a toaster, hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, & trash bags. The location is very convenient. We walked to the French quarter daily, & we walked home after dark (in groups of 3 or 4). We were prepared to use Uber or Lyft, but we ended up only walking. I never heard any neighbors, despite the home being divided into 4 units. It suited our group of 6 family and friends (ages 20 to 53) beautifully. Highly recommended!

Was absolutely beautiful and clean. The trolley was a short walk to get to which was very convenient.. The neighbors were very friendly and one helped with ideas for great restaurants and where to go.. The owners responded quickly to early check in and got us in early!! We look forward to renting from them again in the future!!

It was very clean and the bath towels were plentiful and fluffy. I loved how not that much cleaning was required. Don't like 10 am check. Loved there was some dry pasta and canned goods.

Unit appeared clean and has all the things you would need. Towels, coffee maker and comfortable beds. Felt weird with the greeting of very large bugs at the top of the stairs. Easily disposed of then more appeared each of the 4 nights stayed. Write it off as being an old home and had no desire to cook. The place felt and looked clean otherwise. Decent walking distance from the trolly line and the great music and food of Frenchmen street. I missed the 10:00AM checkout is too early and they do not allow a late check out.

Very clean, cozy & secure property. Convenient to french quarter.

The place was nice but pretty run down and though its listed as $173 a night, our 2 nights came up to $1600 after all the fees and trip protection (extra $100) . To me that seems crazy and i would definitely find other arrangements next trip. The listing has private patio but it was shared with maybe 4 other units so often times there were groups of people we didn't know in our private patio.

Had just a short stay, but it met all of our needs.
