The Space:

Perched near the Minerva district, this three-bedroom residence offers a calm, well-prepared place to land - whether you're arriving for a few nights of city exploration or settling in for a longer stay. The energy of one of Mexico's most vibrant cities is just outside your door, and a quiet, comfortable home is always waiting when you return.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each room offering clothing storage, hangers, cotton linens, and room-darkening shades to support restful nights. A safe is available for securing valuables, and the single-level layout means everyone can move through the home with ease.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the dishes and silverware you need to prepare meals at your own pace. Pull up a chair at the dining table for unhurried breakfasts or relaxed dinners in, and reach for the wine glasses when the evening calls for it. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Living & comfort

Large windows frame city skyline views and fill the living area with natural light throughout the day. The TV and Wi-Fi keep you connected and entertained, while a dedicated workspace makes this home well-suited to guests who need to stay productive between outings. Window guards add an extra layer of peace of mind for families traveling with young children.

 

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms serve the home, each supplied with hot water, body soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper ready for your arrival - so you can step in and settle straight away.

 

Outdoor & building features

Step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the skyline from a different angle. The building features a pool, gym, and an elevator with a cabin at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - ideal for guests who require step-free access. The residence is fully single level with no interior stairs.

 

Access & parking

A private entrance and keypad self check-in let you arrive on your own schedule with no coordination required. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note that this unit does not have a dedicated parking space within the building - however, the host will happily arrange a nearby parking space upon request, subject to availability. A laundromat is also conveniently located nearby for longer stays.

Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.



We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.
