Very charming cottage and cozy living room! Host was very responsive. Kitchen could use a dry rack or place to dry dishes ( there is no dishwasher) . We had a lovely stay!

Great place to stay, and spend a nice weekend escape, the neighbors are very friendly, and the house is really charming

It was very sparsly furnished on a basic level, almost like a cabin, with modern touches. Beds were very comfortable and rooms nicely furnished, however the clothes drawers were a little flimsy, and there were no closets or places to hang clothes. The 'road' into the parking area was more of a one lane alley. Very tight. Parking area were not easily identified while in the car, but were in the guest book. Some basic amenities were not in the house. No dishwasher. No drawers in the kitchen, utensils were in vases on a counter. There were no salt or pepper shakers, and although a Keurig was in the kitchen there were no k cups. The host did offer to reimburse if we bought them on door dash. I would have expected them to offer to the people who normally restock to bring us some. Refrigerator was quite old. This has potential to be a special place with a few upgrades.

Overall we had a good experience and excellent communication with the host. However, the house is walking distance to private lake which can't be utilized without membership. The closest lake is 15 min drive so if you want to stay in close distance to lake this is not best property. Also make sure you leave property exactly at check out time - otherwise you will get charge extra.

The location is excellent for shopping both food and malls. Pocono Premium Outlet (17 min) ; King of Prussia (1 1/2 hrs); Mt Airy. Casino (17 min). Quaint cottage with gas fireplace, ample bedroom space. Open livingroom area with vaulted ceiling makes it seem bigger. Books and children’s games are available. Downside: Needs an update on the stove. More storage shelves for a pantry. Storage drawers in downstairs bedrooms for clothes. Would stay here again. Excellent service from rental agent Marrissa.

My friends and I went for a girl's weekend. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time on our trip - it's a very cute little house. I will note that it's a very cute space, but some things are slightly in need up upkeep: some ripped window screens, some of the tables (kitchen and sunroom) are slightly coming apart, things like that. Nothing major. Please note that you need a membership to go Lake Naomi, otherwise you aren't allowed to go to that beach. The closest public beaches to this property are 15-20 minutes away. The only thing that was really a concern was the battery in the door lock ran low, so the door code stopped working the day before we left. The host was able to let us in, but didn't send anyone to change the battery or follow up on the situation. We decided to stay in, but it was a Saturday night, so I would have appreciated followup. Overall, we had a nice time on this property and had good communication with this host.

We stayed here bc my daughter had dance nationals at khalari. The travel time was excellent. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house is very cute and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the games and spaciousness of the layout upstairs. My only Feedback is the maintenance of the lawn and porch. My kids wanted to play on the yard but the front was not mowed and overgrown.

We chose this rental for its location between moms living in Maryland and Connecticut and it was phenomenal! One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The home was immaculately clean and well-appointed (although the oven took a while to get heated up) and lived up to its “cozy” name. We loved sitting around the fire pit and chatting at night, and enjoying the sunshine on the screened-in back porch. It’s in a wonderfully central location in the Poconos, so you can get to all attractions in a short period of time. There is also a pizza place, ice cream stand, and gas station convenience store with an unbelievable beer selection within a short walk. Marissa was lightning-fast with communication when we had questions about the house or the area. We three frazzled moms loved this laid-back and stress-free getaway and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic weekend away from the “real world.”

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Improvements could include, attention to landscaping, clean gas grill ( unusable) and dishes were not clean ( very dirty pots and pans).
