No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
Just a heads-up—there’s a security camera outside by the entrance. It’s there for everyone’s safety and doesn’t record anything inside the home
Additional TV Services
If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges.

Dog Policy
We welcome up to 4 dogs per stay. Please make sure to declare the total number of dogs you’ll be bringing when booking.
Small dogs: $60 each
Large dogs: $100 each
It’s important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.

The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
This will always be done professionally and with respect for the property.

    I had to buy ear plugs to keep traffic noise out. The house is a half block from the intersection of E Colonial and N Goldenrod. Street racers like this area.
