Stayed May 13, 2026The property was great! Clean, and clearly cared for. They provided coffee and ample linens which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet but also just a few minutes from the freeway which made travel convenient. The home manager responded quickly to our questions and needs. Definitely recommend

Stayed Apr 26, 2026I asked for an hour later check out and he wanted to charge me, same for early check in. The house was pretty clean but there was a bunch of crumbs on top of the fridge, and some of the floor boards on the top floor have gaps between them. Not a deal breaker, but for the price it was disappointing.. Its clearly an older house they bought and renovated for as cheap as possible to start renting out, so if you go in with those expectations its fine.

Stayed Apr 23, 2026Very close and easy to get to Ark Encounter. Nice place to stay. Beds and linens were nice. Condiments in kitchen and baths were nice. Just a little TLC is needed in the home though. Faucets in kitchen and bath shower could be tightened, hallway floor needs fixing. A little paint and throw pillows on couch replaced; it’d be completely 5 star! Would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024I would love to give the review 5 stars because the house inside was great! Unfortunately, the neighborhood was not what I expected for the price. However, the only real downside was the quality of their house cleaning staff. You could tell they only cleaned the kitchen, replaced bathroom towels and emptied the trash. The bathroom floors were dirty with hair and a thick layer of dust on the headboard.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024This was a nice house for me and my husband, our 2 babies, and my parents to stay while we visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Pros: Very clean All supplies that we needed and more Plenty of towels and washcloths Beds were more comfortable than many rentals/hotels The washing machine wasn’t working the first time we needed to use it. I contacted the host and maintenance was sent out right away and they totally replaced the washer. Very thankful for that! Cons: Property isn’t actually across from the Ark as the name states. But it is very close, maybe a 5 minute drive. The stairs inside for the basement and main entryway are very noisy/squeaky, easily wakes others if the downstairs bathroom is needed during the night. Overall we were happy with our stay here!
