About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kids game table included with table tennis, foosball and billiards. It is located right across the street from the Bay access path. Garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for the second. We provide beach chairs , toys, boogie boards and a wagon to easily take all you need for a fabulous day at the bay. There are also rentals on the bay for kayaks , paddle boards, and bikes.
The space
On the main floor you have two master bedrooms and bath rooms and a laundry room. On the second floor a spacious living room fully stocked kitchen and half bathroom, a balcony equipped with bbq and outside seating area. And on the third floor a spacious open loft bedroom.
Guest access
Guests have the entire house during their stay.
Other things to note
We have beach chairs and cart to take to your belongings to the bay. The bay is easily accessible across the street.

Thank you so much for a great San Diego vacation! This house is perfect for children with everything you might need. We even saw a pack and play and baby gates in the closet as well. The location is awesome. The Bay is lovely (though a little chilly in May) and the walkway around the bay was lovely. We enjoyed the boardwalk by the ocean as well. Very communicative host. We have vastly different aged kids (5,6, and 16) and they all had fun. I was going to put the 16 year old in her own bedroom so she can have her own bathroom but she fell in love with the loft on first sight so we put the little ones in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The wall in the loft was a little low (perfectly normal for a loft) and I was a bit concerned my crazy boys might try to climb it so we decided to put the teen in the loft. This worked out for us but the 16 year old did complain of us making too much noise in the morning when she wanted to sleep in. So if you have any late sleepers, give them one of the bedrooms or you'll have a grumpy teen lol. We were delighted to see how much beach gear there was in the garage as well.

We had a great time at this property!!! Host was extremely communicative, check in was a breeze! The house had absolutely everything we needed, was very clean, and was in a perfect location, walking distance to a ton! Thank you for a great stay!!!
