Great house highly recommend will book again

Communication was on point the location for the lions game was even better. The house needed cleaned updated and CLEANED…..

Great communication with host, bed rooms were clean and spacious, excellent location for making a quick trip into the Downtown Area.

The house was comfortable after we got the stagnant smell out using candles and lysol! We had to dust for spider webs and accumulated dust, other then that we enjoyed our time there!

There was only 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The beds where not very comfortable. The towles where dark in color so I did not use them because they did not seem fresh. There where no dishes in the house. The oven was so dirty that it could not be used.The location was nice. The location was the nicest thing about the house.

Whoever cleans this place should be fired. The shower had hair all over the wall near the shower head. There was a dirty sock on the floor by the radiator of one of the bedrooms. The bedroom clothes smelled like urine. There was a used lightbulb on the floor in one of the bedroom closets. There was a big puddle of water in the basement. The pot holders in the kitchen drawer were dirty. We found ants, silver fish and a centipede. The front door doesn’t work, so there is only one emergency exit door. The baseboards were covered in a thick layer of dust.

Nice enough. Check-in was simple. Stay was mid. The towels were kind of questionable and the home wasn’t thoroughly clean, with dirt and crumbs on floor and residues and leftover trash on surfaces, and was pretty light on utensils, etc. for a place that is supposed to house 5 (only had max. 4 forks). Basement smelled strongly of cigarettes. The bed and couches were comfortable and the TV and dining area was really nice. I don’t think this could sleep 8 without people needing to sleep on the couches so that’s something to consider. Good bones and good potential, but needs more attention.

The house was amazing. Very beautiful. Nice neighborhood and environment. Felt like we were at home. I had a slight misunderstanding of check out time which was totally my fault and I’m so appreciative that the owner was understanding and patient with me 20/10 I would love to be back

solidly fine place to stay. basement was scary and smelled moldy. kitchen was dirty, everywhere was dusty, and we found some ants in our bed. it was big, good price, and good location. for a group of 6 late 20s friends was fine as a landing pad, but my mom would have hated it.
