Very good, neighbourhood looked mixxed but the property was very nice.The assistant helped us out outstanding with checking in by forgotten code through the ring camera.

This property was very nice. It’s located within a reasonable distance from attractions. The property was very clean and well appointed. The property owner was very responsive to every communication I sent. The only small issue we had was with the TVs. We were in Tampa to attend March Madness. On the “off day” between sessions we generally spend a good dealof time watching other games. We could not watch them on these TVs. The only way to watch was to use your own streaming services. We had a total of four personal streaming services. We were never able to get any of them to work on the TVs. Probably not an issue if you aren’t trying to watch sports, but it wasn’t fun having three people trying to watch basketball on smart phones. It would have been nice to know we had to use streaming services when we booked. Other than that, our stay was good and we’d recommend this property.

This property was the perfect location for our stay. It was not only close to our friends wedding venue but was also close to Sparkman Wharf, the aquarium, and several other shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean, beautiful, and felt like a home. The host was super friendly and accommodating. I will be looking to stay at this property on my next trip to Tampa!

We loved this stay. EVERYTHING about this little house was on point. The host communicated well, the house was clean, neat, well stocked, and spacious for out weekend visit.

We came for a family trip in Tampa and this home was very close to all the areas we wanted to see and various shopping centers. We loved how easy it was to get downtown to the Riverwalk, museums and the aquarium. Additionally, right around the corner was a brand new Publix and Armature Works, a great indoor/outdoor food hall. Lastly, it was an easy drive to get to the highway and drive toward Busch Gardens. It was a great spot for a family or group of friends!

Nice home. Spacious, modern setup with new appliances, tvs etc. Located near the riverwalk, close to the stadiums and a lot of shops and restaurants fairly close and easy to get to.Great host , super easy check-in/check-out process!

This home was very nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. We were in town for a Family wedding and it was easily accessible to the venue and airport. Kyesha was an amazing host. Easy to reach and communicate with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tampa!

house was perfect for our needs Close to everything

House was very clean and updated. Very cute! But the important part was CLEAN. Driveway to park in. Fenced in back yard. Location was close to Walmart, Dunkin, Starbucks and other places to get food. About 35/40 minute drive to Clearwater beach. 10 minutes from airport was super convenient.

Great spaces. Could use more living room seating. Very comfortable.

Stay was great. Prompt response from the host form beginning to end. Property looked like the posted pictures and close to downtown to see the concert.

Home exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for a long weekend visit to Tampa. Everything was very clean and the owner was friendly and responsive.

We really did enjoy staying at the property. It was exactly as pictured. Inside was perfect. We had issues with the front door coded lock. It locks easily, but opening took a few tries and a call to the host, who was alway there to help out. House could use one more couch and a few more pots and pans..not a big issue for us. DO NOT LET THE AREA/STREET SCARE YOU. We walked around at night..the neighbors that we saw out were very friendly! Will stay again

Routine spring training follower and you can’t beat the price point, cleanliness, and proximity to venues. Slight issue that was handled immediately. Very happy with rental.

I was in town for a quick vacation with three teenagers and this house was perfect for us. Host was a great communicator, snacks and waters in the fridge were so welcome after flying into town. Would definitely book again.

The property was very nice. The pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean and newer looking and they also left a personalized message when you check in. In my opinion whoever maintains the property went above and beyond, the automatic ice dispenser on the refrigerator was broken so they provided a couple bags of ice. The neighborhood was quiet. The weather when we went was beautiful spend every morning sitting outside for a little bit before getting our day started on the chairs and tables they have set up.

This place was clean and was modernized. We were never too far from anything we decided to do it was a great stay!

Our 2 night stay was great. The booking process, checkin, and everything in between were seamless. The house had everything we would need and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket full of snacks and chips. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms were a nice touch too. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable there. 10/10!

Host was very responsive to questions, the place was clean and very well decorated and put together. full of towels, toiletries, and even had little snacks for us! makeup wipes were included because the host knew it was a girl’s trip. Even had a balloon up for my birthday! Everything was close by so ybering anywhere was very cheap. This was an amazing experience and we would book again.

We all had such a great time. From start to finish Kyasha was professional, kindness, communicative, and very prompt to attend to our needs. Our stay was filled with joy, strength, and hope.
