3B&2B House w/ Hot Tub! .4mi to Beach,900’ to Public Boat Ramp. NO CLEANING FEE.

We've had four vacations to Panama City Beach and this was the best stay yet. The house is super nice and in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for us! We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to PCB!

Perfect beach house centrally located to many fun things. The house is so nice ,also the hot tub was a great thing as well . All u need in one place nice kitchen , nice laundry area , and comfortable beds . Definitely recommend and Megan/ host was super friendly and responsive thanks can’t wait to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, just a short distance to the beach, which made it super convenient, especially with kids. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor area, great for relaxing in the evenings after a day in the sun. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Megan was so responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. The heater wouldn’t turn off, so I messaged Megan and they showed up to fix it like 15 minutes later! We had to go for my son’s game and it was working when we returned back to the house! The house was beautiful and clean! The location was within 10 minutes of everything we needed to do and everywhere we needed to go! We will stay here again when we visit Panama Beach!

This home was perfect! There was plenty of space as it's a split ranch with very nice upgrades (newer appliances, modern furniture etc. which was all tastefully decorated and will make you feel rigt at home and at the beach) The kitchen was stocked with all basic things needed to prepare or grill a meal for evenings when not going out for dinner and for making nice cups of coffee for the morning starts. It was nice that a larger beach cart was provided for use for the beach days. The jacuzzi was nice to use in the evening with the outdoor ambient color changing lighting with private porch. What is also nice is that this home is only 2 miles from St. Andrews State Park which provides access to semi private beach access for your beach days! When visiting Panama City, this home is it! Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was great.

We stayed at the Lazy Lagoon while my son played in the Grand Slam World Series in PCB. This location was so clean, had everything we needed and was close in proximity to the beach, ball field and a ton of restaurants and activities. If we are even in PCB again, we will be staying at the Lazy Lagoon!

Perfect on every level. The home is beautiful inside and out . Super clean! Host was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hosts were great and very accommodating! The place was perfect for a quieter, relaxing getaway. We were located perfectly to be off the main strip, but right by everything we needed. Loved our stay here!

My kids all commented that they loved the house! Great location, quiet and the property had everything we needed. My kids are already asking if we can go back and stay again next year. Wonderful stay!

Absolutely everything about our stay, the house, and our host was perfect. We spent 2 months in this spotless clean, well appointed, comfortable home. The beaches and activities nearby were wonderful, several restaurants to choose from and the lagoon was and added pleasure. Great host who makes sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend !

Perfect place for a family vacation with my teenage children. Pier Park shopping plaza close and public access to the beach was walking distance away.
