Spacious, bright home with walls of windows looking out into a sea of green and golf course. Like living in a lush resort community, but nestled in one of Irvine's most convenient, safe locations. Close to UC-Irvine, the beach, John Wayne airport, Disneyland, shopping, beautiful parks and playgrounds, and more.

5-7 min bike ride to 3 large grocery stores, Starbucks, and UC Irvine. 15 min drive to the beach. 5 minute walk to Mason Regional Park for excellent barbequing, biking, jogging, and bird-watching. 20 min drive to Disneyland.

There are two neighborhood pools within a few minutes walk. The pools both offer hot tubs, showers, and are surrounded by trees.

This is a great home for visiting scholars / professors teaching or researching at UC-Irvine, one of the best ranked public universities in California. It's also close to many Fortune 500 companies based in Irvine.

The home has easy access to many Irvine bike paths include the famous Mountains to Sea Trail that will take you all the way to the Newport Back Bay, and Newport Beach Coast. There are many other great bike paths for commuting or recreating. Please let me know if you'd like to borrow one of my jbikes to enjoy the trails.

    The home was the perfect fit for our family. The host was always available to assist. The neighborhood, pools, park, all made it a fun and active time for the kids. Very comfortable and convenient. Home is full of light and lovely views.

    We are a retired couple who came to visit family who live in the area. Love the beautiful quiet neighborhood, yet easy to get to other nearby cities or beaches WITHOUT getting on the freeways! Jonathan is a great host.

    We enjoyed our stay for 31 nights with our family 2 adults and 2 children. The house is very convenient with everything you need. Good beds, comfy couches and a well equipped kitchen. Towels, beach equipment etc. Everything was there. The bedrooms are downstairs and nice, clean and cool with a lot of space for your clothes and items and very comfy thick carpet on the floor. The home has a lot of light and windows with great views over the green belt and golf course. There are many options to sit outside at one of the balconies/ patio’s to enjoy the views and fresh air. We saw many squirrels, bunnies and birds. We especially loved the location in a green, quiet area with 2 nice and clean swimming pools incl. spa bads and right next to the William R. Mason park. Within 5 minutes drive to different supermarkets, shops, food, diners and restaurants. We really liked the university campus shopping area with the Target, Trader Joe’s, Frozen Yoghurt, Dunking Donuts and many more. Easy access to the freeways. The communication with the host was very good. Responsive, easy going and helpful. We definitely recommend this house. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay and would have extended it longer if was possible. We liked the location, space and layout of this family home with greenbelt/golf course bright view from family room and dining area. It's a comfortable, bright, well-used and somewhat tired home where children were raised. It is indeed tranquil except for the scheduled landscape maintenance noise. The downstairs bedrooms and large master suite with roomy closet area and en suite shower had new white carpet and thick white bedding. We left our shoes at front door upon entry. We used the kitchen extensively with its keurig coffee maker and pods, along with appropriate cooking items. The host is text communicative and timely-responsive to our requests and repairs that happened to occur (garage opener and toilet tank valve). He also proactively provided a good cleaning service every two weeks. We'd stay again.
