I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a group of three, a mom and two teenage daughters. The place was quirky and had everything we needed. The steps to the beach were a hit with my girls and the ease of parking in the back garage was great. But be aware it will only handle small cars, otherwise you need to park along the street. The place is a duplex, but we had no issues with our neighbors. This is a great place to stay if you like walking along the coast, have easy access to the aquarium, Big Sur, and Carmel.

It has a perfect location,and was very comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the big picture window with a full view of Monterey Bay. We even saw Otters flocking around without our binoculars. We were only there for 2 1/2 days but it felt like a week long relaxing getaway because we were so comfortable close to everything. Everything was very clean and SVR was so helpful. We also loved all the antique nautical decor, and guessing what it all was used for. Thank you!!!

Stayed Nov 2, 2025Absolutely fantastic. My husband worked at the desk overlooking the crashing waves while my dog and I strolled the cliff side paths. Walking distance to downtown, beaches, and tide pools.Plenty of pelicans and otters!
