House has a lot of character; perfectly kept, very enjoyable garden area. Management was polite and willing to help.

Very well put together property. There were a few small things that didn't really bother our stay but may bother others. - 1 Burner on the stove wasn't working (There are plenty more burners)- although you are seemingly provided every utensil, we could not find a whisk. These are clearly not large issues and not worth holding against the property. The only other issue was that there is no railing on the entrance steps which was difficult for my mother who has trouble without railings.Overall a wonderful property with plenty of personality and plenty to do around the home.

Lovely spacious home, well equipped kitchen. Short walk to beach. Only caveat: relatively steep staircase could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

House was perfect for our family stay, had everything we needed, was just a short walk to the beach and easy drive to all the shops, restaurants and sights. Great common areas with very comfortable furniture and beautiful yard with seating/firepit/grill and gardens. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed including basic spices. Bedrooms on second floor were very spacious and comfortable. The staircase was a little steep and could have been a challenge for those with some mobility issues but we didn't have any troubles. Bathrooms were beautiful as well. The welcome wine/cheese was lovely as was the house as they left the lights on for our late arrival. Would highly recommend this home for a stay!

Wonderful property! So very clean and cozy. So much space yet such a cottage feel.I wanted a peaceful birthday retreat and this property was that and so much more!We will be back for sure!

It’s also a large 3 bed with a large private yard and would be comfortable to share if traveling with friends. The only downside if traveling with kids is no bathtub and steep stairs. The location is fantastic just about a block from the ocean front walking path that runs from Asilomar through Lover’s Point and connects to the bike path that leads to Cannery Row. I loved staying here and hope we are lucky enough to stay here again.

My family spent a weekend here for a 50's birthday celebration and it was perfect. Close to the beach and downtown Pacific Grove. Comfy bedrooms and wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed the interesting decorative touches and appreciated the dog friendly yard.

The house and grounds were fun and interesting. Location - perfect. Lots of linens and comfortable beds. Some things should have been mentioned, i.e., steep stairs to all bedrooms; and large oven not working. Overall, great stay.

The upstairs room roof line is slanted in the rooms, so some care is needed here and there (to avoid bumping your head). That said, everyone enjoyed their rooms/stay. The house is very close to Pacific Grove Golf course and the ocean trails. Great location. Management company made the paperwork and stay very easy. While at the house, our group played golf, dinner at the Old fisherman's wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium and whale watching trip. All very close. House is a well maintain historical home with a good deal of artwork/charm.

There are many choices for restaurants and places to visit nearby. The yard was fully fenced and was great for the dogs. Kitchen needs a few more pans and maybe a few basic kitchen supplies like Olive oil and a few other spices and a potato peeler.
