3917 Casa Blanca - Bonus Room, Steps to the Bay

The entire duration of my stay had construction work occurring outside of the house that closed the street, left me with having to park multiple houses away, and literally the construction workers were working from 7:30 AM until 5 pm every single day literally ripping apart the road and sidewalk right up to the literal front door of the residence. I was never informed of this work that would be taking place or I would not have booked. I also reached out to management and was told my message would be forwarded and I received no further response. There is no way that they were not informed of this work that would be taking place and just chose to instead not inform me and my family. My children are very young and did not get to nap for multiple days due to jackhammering, bulldozing, and tearing apart concrete shaking the entire house all day. It was a terrible trip that easily could have been avoided if communication from sanctuary vacation rentals was honest stating that construction would be taking place. I spent a ton of money and had an absolutely miserable stay due to this. Due to them not informing me of any of this taking place and also making absolutely zero attempt to offer any level of help or support after I contacted them I cannot at all suggest anyone ever stay with them. In the Monterey area is absolutely a sanctuary however my experience was the exact opposite due to staying with Sanctuary vacation rentals. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

We loved the location and the property had plenty of space for us and our dog. Lots of amenities. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The home was beautifully maintained and the amenities were delightful. We especially enjoyed being so close to the walking path along Monterey Bay.

The location, ocean view, 150 feet to trail a long the beach and the ocean, walk to Monterrey Aquarium, Canny Row, downtown Pacific Grove, the side yard, the extra room, big TVs, condition of house, a lot of things.

This was a fantastic place. The location is the best in the area. The house was furnished very tastefully and functionally. Everything was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca. The home is beautiful, comfortable and the location is great. Its the perfect location for family fun and to experience all the Monterey peninsula has to offer. We traveled with our small dog and the yard was perfect for her. We’ll definitely try to come back!

Very well equipped. Very comfortable. Easy walk to Lover's Point, downtown Pacific Grove and Cannery Row. Central to all three. Loved walking the coastal path every day. Street parking out front was fine, no problems. Talked with the friendly neighbors who recommended we checkout the farmer's market, which we did. Wished we could live there year-round!

Casa Blanca is such a wonderful, clean, updated house with every amenity you could ask for and more. The location was perfect as you can easily walk to the beach and the aquarium. We will definitely be back to this lovely paradise.

Amazing stay in Pacific Grove for spring break. Beautiful weather! Enjoyed our ocean view and daily walks around the peninsula. Perfect for the whole family.

The house was everything we expected and more. Staff was quick to answer any questions and request making the process seamless. Every amenity that we would need for an extended stay was there and having a full gated yard was a huge plus for our child. Would stay again in the future.

This is a really nice house with quality upscale finishes. Nice location half way between Lover’s Point and the aquarium.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Blanca. The house is comfortable and well equipped. It is across the street from and has a great view of Monterey Bay. There is a nice path along the bay to walk or ride a bike. We had a wonderful time at the house. Pacific Gove is a magical place.

It’s right off the bike/walking path and it’s an easy walk to Lover’s Point or the Aquarium/Cannery Row. It was very comfortable for our family of three. Although it’s a 2 bed/bath main home (~1000 sqft) with the detached bonus room + powder room and large yard, the main house is a compact beach bungalow style floor plan. I don’t think it would feel spacious for two families to share. It’s beautifully renovated and well-appointed. We hope to stay there again.

I am hesitant to write this review because i would love to keep this all to ourselves. We had the best time at this location. We rent a property in the area every year & we so enjoyed the house & location. Real close to the walking trail we love. House was clean, you can see the bay from the front window. Everything was newly remodeled an yard was perfect for our pups. We hope to enjoy this property for years to come. Not to mention the neighbors were nice & friendly & were not inconvenienced by us being renters.

The house was extremely clean and cozy, well laid out, and well appointed. The locations is superb with a partial ocean view and steps away from a waterfront recreational path.

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. As advertised. Walk across the street to access trail to beach. Awesome stay for family of 4 and pet.
