Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience with the property even better than described, it was clean, well maintained and with all the amenities that you could need. The direct view from 3 sides of the ocean is great and while we didn't use the terrace due to the time of year, it's a great addition for the summer months. I'd recommend the property highly. Sanctuary Vacation rentals were also easy to get hold of and dealt with all issues that arose promptly.

A block from the Monterey Aquarium, it is a short walk to the grocery store, shops and Cannery Row. We enjoyed continuous views of the harbor seals and their pups from our balcony and deck. We highly recommend Escobar Escape!

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Escobar scape 195 Oceanview Blvd. The rental home was everything we needed with its great views, central location and strong water pressure. All the appliances were easy to use as was the grill. Plenty of utensils and pots /pans And plates, bowls, etc. I would suggest a Phillips screwdriver. Some of the board games provided were really fun but needed a battery change. Whenever I had a question or I need sanctuary was quickly responsive and had an answer. We already booked again for next July!

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter getaway in Pacific Grove. Escobar Escape is a lovely home with views from most of the upper level rooms. Great layout with the main living and bedroom on the top level and additional bedrooms on the mid level. It is important to know that there are about 34 stairs that take you from ground level to living level. The property management company was great and we have booked again for next year!

If you aren’t turned off by the 35 steps the 3rd floor view and outdoor patio is beautiful. A couple of plumbing glitches occurred but the owner quickly responded and made sure we were cared for. We hope to stay again!

Beds very comfortable and house is well appointed with charming decor. Only draw back for some would be the 35 steps from the entrance up to the third floor main part of the house. We liked the exercise for us. Location is perfect for a stroll along the bay or restaurants and shops in Monterey and Pacific Grove. We liked this place so much we booked a return trip!

Would recco a deep cleaning of the rugs for the next guest bug otherwise clean with everything you need for a good stay!
