BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

This is the perfect get-away for a group of up to 10 people (7 adults max). Kindly understand these numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

With its fun and comfortable beach vibe, you can detect the attention to detail in every room and around every corner of this stunning beach home. Inside and outside, this home is a magazine-worthy example of the coveted Southern California indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with expansive water views, warm and comfortable living spaces, and natural building materials incorporated everywhere.

The beach home offers 2,400 sq-ft on 2 stories and provides multiple areas throughout the house for families to gather or individuals to enjoy some quiet solitude. With its open living concept, this beach jewel is an entertainers delight. Both levels of the house offer brand-new furniture, bedding & bathrooms as well as the finest appliances. Located on the waterfront, right on the sandy beach of beautiful Mission Bay and only a short stroll away from the ocean with its famous boardwalk running all around Mission Beach, vacationing doesn't get better than this.

First level: Bedroom with Cal King bed and TV, attached bathroom with shower, walk in closet and patio (waterfront view)
First Level: Bunk bedroom with two full beds, half bath in hallway next to bedroom
Second Level: Master suite with Cal King bed and TV, attached bathroom with sumptuous shower, big closet, desk, make up vanity and deck overlooking the bay

1ST LEVEL
This level of the house features the perfect open-floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area that opens to the patio from two sides. The front patio door is a pocket door that completely hides away in the wall and makes the living space feel like being in the middle of paradise.

The first level also features a bedroom with a King bed, TV and attached bathroom as well as the bunk bedroom and half bath.

The patio seats 10 people and offers a gas BBQ.

2ND LEVEL
The second level features two King bedrooms with en-suites, a big deck with breathtaking views and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The views are truly spectacular. Romantic and peaceful, you can see miles of the bay and overlook beautiful Mission Beach, La Jolla, downtown San Diego and the surrounding hills. Perfect for watching the famous Mission Beach sunsets (or sunrise if you are an early riser!).

Enjoy the luxury of four TV's in the living room and bedrooms, WiFi, ceiling fans, central air conditioning and heating, electronic window coverings in dining and living area, 3 hairdryers, iron & ironing board.

KIDS EQUIPMENT
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have provided kid's equipment such as a pack n play, a high chair and a step stool.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
For beach fun you can find nice beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels.

PARKING
The house offers parking for 3 cars. 1 garage space for a mid size SUV and 2 parking spots outside for either a big SUV or two mid size SUVs.

Rear of garage: 32' long by whatever width

LOCATION
This wonderful beachfront retreat is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
The max occupancy limit is 10 people (7 adults max), including any day visitors. We can not agree to more than 10 people at any time at the premises.
For friend/adult only groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Please note that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

During peak season we require 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday only).
