Close to all the restaurants and activities in the area - we walked everywhere.The house is comfortable and worked well for us and our various guests. The few issues that came up were immediately addressed by the Sanctuary team. We will certainly use Sanctuary for any future rentals in the area.

The yard is nice with chairs (but remember to be quiet after 8pm.). You can walk 3 blocks to a bookstore/cafe, 5 to a fantastic bakery, and 8 to the beach.It has a nice queen bedroom on the ground floor with a full bath around the corner. It also has a king bedroom at the top of the stairs which shares a bathroom with 2 cute little rooms--one suitable for a younger child.Sanctuary Rentals is very responsive to any questions or concerns.And the place is dog friendly which is welcome. The garage is a bit small so will only fit a smaller car and you are asked to park the second car in the driveway.

Very “by the sea” themed decor, which was fun for us as visitors. Be advised that there is one neighbor who is VERY sensitive to noise. She went out of her way at noon on a Saturday to come gripe at us for the “noise” our children were making (literally, she was complaining about the laughter of small children). The attic bedroom also smells a bit musty and like dogs or cats - this wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had our children sleeping in that room, and it was unpleasant to live with for a month. We were happy overall with Sanctuary and plan to book with them again.

Location is great, very convenient. House furnishings are a bit worn down. Perfect for a family but not upscale if that is what you are looking for. Property management company is great and easy to work with.

In keeping with the charm of PG the home is a lovely Heritage House and has retained that charm, even though it's been nicely updated. The side-yard, with firepit and patio was nice at the end of the day. To have a garage to store bikes and surf boards was so important, we didn't realize how great it would be to have that space. Its location couldn't be better. We didn't want to leave. Five stars!

This was perfect for me, my son, my brother and nephew. The only improvement I can recommend is to update the entertainment system.

Kitchen was beautifully appointed and the property managers so responsive. Close to everything!

This house is wonderfully located near to all Pacific Grove's shops and eateries!
