3.5 miles to Washington DC- Family Size Spacious 4BDR + Parking

Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.

Was worth the money

Lovely full home, within 20 minutes of downtown DC (even with the construction). Comfortable space for gathering and sleeping. Plenty of bathrooms as well!

The house was not in the shape shown in the pictures. It was fairly ran down and not well kept. The back yard was full of leaves and trash

Suggest to update bedside lamps.

Had a great stay only thing was that the tv in the living room didn’t work, and there was no paper towels available

The place was perfectly fine. It was clean with plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, coffee etc… The communication was good. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

The place was clean and had what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and near a bus line. The beds could be a little uncomfortable. And we hoped they had a blender.

The property was easy to access, clean and functional for our group. I would recommend for a medium size group. It is a bit shabby as far as maintenance, could use more details but it served our purpose.

This property worked out well for our needs and there was adequate communication with the host.

The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down steep stairs. She was able to get to the kitchen and living room one level up, but never would have made it to the third floor bedrooms. Overall this was a wonderful property with amazing hosts!
