I can't say enough about the host. Dallas responded quickly. Booking was a breeze. My son brought his dog last minute and Dallas was able to help us right away. The pictures are accurate. My three sons, my husband and myself had ample room in the home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and nicely appointed with everything you would need. The location was close to everything we needed. We came up for a soccer game at Raymond James Stadium. We ate locally at the Cheesecake Factory and First Watch. The living room was comfortable and cozy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. It is close to UT, the mall, Raymond James Stadium, coffee shops, and restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to stay:-)

Yes. We found everything we needed.Great coffee maker and plenty of dishes.

The home was very clean and instructions for everything were clear. The coffee pot curafe wasn't for the maker so the water would not flow through and the one bed upstairs needs a new mattress which was relayed to the owner. If those things are corrected I would have given it a 5 star rating

The host was fabulous, and welcoming.Thiis is a fully stocked place. Fun ,bright decor in house, very clean rooms. Street is fairly quiet though in the downtown area. Close to famous Ybor city restaurants too.

The house felt like someones home. There was everything that you could have needed. My family was very happy

The house is very clean and homey. The host was easy to call and ask questions. It was just the neighborhood that I got scared of. In the middle of the night, there were loud voices as if they were arguing or fighting. I was worried that we might be affected by the trouble outside.

Friendly owner and flexible. I’d consider staying again in my next trip.

Great location as far as getting to and from the airport. Getting to the baseball game and hockey game was very easy as well. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property.

This property was clean and provided all of the amenities you could ever need. Not far from the Hyde Park district, Armature Works or Raymond James- which was great since we were visiting our daughter for USF’s parents weekend. Check in and out super easy. We arrived late Friday evening(after midnight) and there is a hangout/bar a few blocks away which had some loud music and a little more traffic than I expected for this small neighborhood- not a negative but it was a bit busy for that time of night and even some patrons walking down the sidewalks and streets.
