The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had a group of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking - lots of plates, silverware, and a huge variety of pots and skillets. Beach access was very easy and we also enjoyed the pool. My only suggestions would be to have sheets and blankets for the sofa bed on the 2nd floor and and maybe an extra blanket for each bedroom. We would rent this house again!

We had a lovely celebration for our kids 40th birthday. The pool was great and the elevator was easy to use and met our needs for the grand parents. Carroll Realty quickly addressed any questions and made our stay wonderful.

This house was just right for our family with young children. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfect location for beach access. The pool and swing set was a real plus. There were plenty of towels including beach towels for everyone. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking. There was no Keurig even though we were told there was one. There was one issue with the temperature of the second floor that we reported and a maintenance person came on site to fix. It would’ve been helpful to have more detailed instructions on how to check the pilot for the fireplaces, and to make it clearer that the grill does not need a tank.

We had a great stay here. Beautiful location in a friendly, safe area. Across the street from beach and easy walk to beach. Close to groceries and restaurants. House is very roomy. We had 14 people and plenty of room. Loved the setup of primary bedroom on the same floor as kitchen and main living room. Covered parking areas were really nice.Main things that were not up to par were hot water which easily ran out with large group. There was a musty smell in the kitchen and laundry area that improved with opening windows and wasn’t as prominent later in the week. The TVs were smaller for the sizes of rooms.Nice back yard with pool which isn’t heated in March, but we enjoyed sitting on the deck.Overall, we had a positive experience and would stay here again.

We had a baseball tournament at the shipyard. This was the perfect house.

In town for a wedding and decided to stay through Christmas for a change of scenery as we just lost our father. It was the perfect escape as the location was right between family living in Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston where we like to shop and dine! While it was too cold for tanning and a beach day, it was still worthwhile to walk the beach for exercise and fresh air. Super close to get direct beach access across the street. Having a grocery store nearby was also a plus! I would love to come back again when warmer and take advantage of its location! My only complain is I wish it had more towels provided.

Loved everything about the house. Perfect layout for a large family, especially with multiple generations. Great location. Super friendly staff.
