3/2 Pool Home with Bunk Room & Game Room-Sleeps 8

We arrived and were able to access the property without issue. The property was clean and ready for us and was exactly as described in the listing. The owner was responsive and friendly. Very comfortable stay - the beds were good (one room had two bunk beds and can sleep four) and the AC worked very well - the Florida summer heat and humidity were not an issue. It was amazing to have access to a pool. Shopping, restaurants, and a gym were very close. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. Minimal and very reasonable check out requirements.

We had a great stay here at the end of March first week of April. It was close to gas stations, Publix and Walmart was a short drive away. The kids had a blast in the pool from sun up to sun down. The game room was a big hit also for evening fun of games and movies. We went for morning walks each morning and the area was very nice. It was a less than an hour drive to Clearwater which we spent a day at. The only thing that I would say is the pool is quite cold in the deep end but it didn't deter us from swimming.

The property was well cared for and clean. However, the shower in the master bedroom only ran super hot and did t allow us to adjust it. We would have liked to have more toilet paper and paper towels available.

The place was great but we needed to wash towels multiple times due to no extras. Clean but ants in the bathroom.

House was beautiful, communication with hostess was quick he answered any questions we had very quick would def stay there again

We absolutely loved this property! The pictures did not do it justice. It was super clean and had great amenities and attention to the little details. The pool is huge! Matt was easy to contact and super helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!!

The house was perfect for our family. The owner always got right back to me and it was so much more convenient than other places we've stayed. We really enjoyed our time. And the kids loved the pool and the game room.

This is a very nice, newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. Matt was easy to work with, responsive and this rental was everything we hoped for during our weekend visit.

The newly renovated home was gorgeous! We felt right at home. We loved the recreation room! Everything was so new and clean. The pool was amazing but sadly freezing. A solar cover or heater would have made this home an 11 out of 10!
