3/2 Pool home in Rotonda Lakes

This was a wonderful home away from home; clean; a wonderfully stocked kitchen; plenty of space, lots of towels and linens and a beautiful pool area. We would definitely stay again. One minor item: I’d suggest a lounger for laying by the pool. But truly perfect for us. We should have booked it longer- next time we will.

Unfortunately, our first ever negative review. Although the photos representing the property inside and out appeared somewhat dated, the few reviews provided were all Exceptional, with cleanliness being the deciding factor in selecting this property.While this property has not been refreshed in quite some time, the property is certainly not as advertised. The condition of the carpeting, furniture and various other surfaces were stained, dirty and grimy. The kitchen was as if someone had just moved out hours prior and left things as is, sour milk and all. Under the kitchen sink was appalling.Making the best of a bad situation, and knowing that a quick visit from a cleaner would not correct the situation, we did some cleaning of our own to get by, thus allowing us to continue on with our plans during our stay.Thereafter we only utilized the master bedroom (laundered the worn sheets, pillow cases and mattress cover to be safe), two bathrooms, kitchen, two cleanest dining room chairs and the patio table and chairs. We definitely did not sit on the living room furniture.Outside, in the lanai area the patio furniture was dirty and had green algae on surfaces. We were able to use the grill, but it has seen better days. The positive highlight was in fact the pool, which we knew was fine because the pool was serviced early during our stay. This has been lessons learned. #1 Beware of older very limited reviews. #2 Never wait beyond the two day window to lodge a complaint.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! The house was cozy and the pool was awesome. Close to beaches and other entertainment. We will definitely be back!

This house in Rotunda Lakes was a perfect getaway from the New England weather. The house was clean and inviting. Tiffany our host was great to work with - responded quickly to our questions. Thanks to the owners who put TV in the bedrooms - super addition and was greatly appreciated. The heated pool was everything we could ask for and the weather was great. Well Done to Tiffany and the owners who made our 2024 stay in Florida exceptional!!! Thanks, Rick
