3/2 Home Heated Pool / close to Beautiful Anna Maria Beaches / close to IMG

The home felt like a home - comfortable, lots of space, up to date appliances, lovely pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Owner was very responsive and the pictures don't even show how large the rooms are.

We visited in July, I knew it would be hot, but I expected to be able to cool off in the house. During the day the house temp would rise to 79, the AC was running all the time, it just couldn’t keep up. Property owner things that’s the best AC can do when it’s hot outside. It gets over 90 where I live too and my AC keeps my house at 70 no problem. House comes with almost nothing. You will have to buy the basics, even things like TP, trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc, none of that is provided.

The house was very nicely furnished and clean. We really enjoyed having the two car garage to get our cars in out of the heat. My only complaint from our entire week there was the bed in the master bedroom was horribly uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it for others looking for a house close to all the beaches and stores in the area.

Everything was wonderful! The house was beautiful. Close to the beaches and shopping. The owners were quick to respond. Beach chairs umbrella and cooler were available. Lots of toys for the kids at the house. Also had pool toys and floaties for my toddler. Everything was wonderful and will be staying again.

Great location and the owners were great to work with!

This was a very nice house for a family of five to vacation. Has a very nice pool but we were there for a week and it was cloudy the entire week. Someone came and put chemicals in it the day befor we left and it began to clear the water up. The beds were all very hard and could use new mattresses. The rest of the house worked out perfect for us.

Let me start with my knit picking issues then i will get into the good stuff. The beds are not the best but are doable and water pressure in the kitchen is not great... again me knot picking. So the good stuff... i stayed with my family which had 2 kids ages 8 and 3 and the house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were big and each had a tv with a roku to entertain them before bed. The master bath was a nice size with a stand up shower that was great. The living room is very large and had plenty of room for the kids to play. The best part of the house for us was the lanai covered pool. The size was big enough for the whole family, already had some existing pool toys which was nice, and a great patio set to sit and relax. The house additionally had beach toys and chairs which were perfect for our 3 beach days because we didn’t have to go purchase anything to entertain the kids at the beach. The location is close to the beach even though the traffic into anna maria sucks at times but it is also far enough down manatee where if u need to go to tampa or orlando it is easy enough yo do. I know i am forgetting stuff but my point is that this house was great and an easy 5 star review!

Had a great time... very nice home...

House was wonderful. Pool was very enjoyable. Could use a new matress in master bedroom, had some ants in one of the bedrooms but nothing to serious.
