Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out time at this property. We were surprised at the lack of coasters when so much of the furniture was wooden. We purchased a set of coasters and left them at the property. The throw rugs were not clean and the larger ones were a tripping hazard. We did enjoy the size of the property and the number of beds available. We washer and dryer were nice and worked out well for us. We used at least one of the beach chairs and that was convenient. Bethany Proper is convenient for getting to the beach and the boardwalk.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant. We've been coming to Bethany Beach Proper on & off for a few years. 2nd time with this property. My husband is disabled, having a full step in bathroom downstairs was very helpful for him. My grandkids enjoyed biking to the pool, town & beach. They think it was cool doing that. We enjoyed our stay & they look forward to returning. Slight downside: Was told there will be an increase in rates, small kitchen, guest bike tires were all flat (were the same from last year), had trouble using the master bedroom TV & I wish linens were included with the rental cost.

Walk to the pool,boardwalk and beach (as long as you weren’t carrying much). Some extras provided, bikes and a few chairs. Linens were not provided Nd that was super pricey too add on but the rest was great
