Wonderful stay in a beautiful home with great character. Well stocked. Great communication. Steps from the ocean. Loved the bag window with spectacular views. Can’t wait to be here again!
Perfect for our little get away. Gorgeous view of the beautiful coastline in Pacific Grove.
The location of this vintage home property is excellent for enjoying both Pacific Grove and Monterey. Just a short walk to Lovers Point, the Beach House restaurant, book stores and thrift shops. Another 10 minute walk and you are at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Last but not least the view from this home is beautiful!
We were in Monterey for our son's wedding. We had 6 adults in the house and still an extra room! We were very comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Lovely home with stunning views of the ocean.
My family had the pleasure of staying at a stunning beach view VRBO house in Pacific Grove, California, and I am still glowing with joy from the experience. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had stumbled upon a true gem. This tranquil haven, nestled near the Monterey Aquarium, exceeded all my expectations and delivered an unforgettable vacation. The location of this VRBO house is simply unbeatable. Situated right off the beach, i woke up every morning to the soothing sound of crashing waves and the gentle touch of the ocean breeze. It was a dream come true for any beach lover. Plus, being so close to the Monterey Aquarium was an absolute bonus. I found myself wandering through fascinating underwater worlds by day and returning to my own private oasis by night. As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the tasteful and elegant design of the historic house. Every detail had been meticulously thought out, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. The interior boasted a perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, with spacious rooms, plush furniture, and large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the carefully selected artwork to the cozy beach-themed decor. The beds were the most comfy I have ever had on vacation! And the owners are simply the best: there for any questions or needs but completely unobtrusive. We will definitely be back. This is my perfect vacation experience.
Great house, great location, great host. Our family found plenty to do in the area.
We were there for my son's graduation from DLI. We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect. I would have no quarrels about staying there again.
The house and location cannot be beat. The trail along the coast is a skip hop away. Canary Row and Lover’s Point are short walks. There are many yummy restaurants nearby too. It was wonderful to be with four generations under one roof at this unique and beautiful historic home.
The house is a charming old victorian with plenty of room to relax for our girls get-away. It is conveniently located near the Monterey Bay Aquarium, other local attractions and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our time; cooking in the large kitchen, walking along the waterfront and generally just hanging out and taking in the the views from the house while visiting. The property manager/home owner is extremely helpful and made the check-in process very easy.
Loved the place. Family kept saying what a perfect place it was for our needs. Was worried about my 98 year old mother making it up the stair to the bedroom, since there are no bedrooms on the main floor, but she did fine. We loved the large dinning table, well stocked kitchen and nice patio. Thank you, we had a wonderful time, so close to the walking trail and town.
Lovely property with a view of perfection!
Great location, plenty of room for a family gathering.
Everything was great!
We had a wonderful stay with 2 families at this great home. Is perfectly situated across the street from the ocean, close to downtown Pacific Grove and Monterey Bay aquarium. Would love to stay here again!
Wonderful, wonderful! The only complaint is that the house is very loud – creaky floors/stairs and ambient hard surfaces – no one sneaks around (or sleeps in) in this house!
Our stay at the Yellow house was amazing! My family and I were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Growing up in the Monterey area, we were so fortunate to be able to come back and stay here…with a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean. Yellow house comfortably held the eight of us (5 adults and 3 kids). We could easily walk to the aquarium, and Lovers point was not that far away too. Thank you!
I would definitely stay there again. 15 minutes to all of the local golf courses and downtown Carmel.
This property exceeded our expectations - it was just as described - very comfortable for 2 couples and their children to stay - so close to the water and the harbor seals and an easy walk to Cannery Row. We loved everything about this house. Irma was very communicative with us and readily explained things. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend.
