3/10 mile to Beach & Town! Updated House w/quiet, private yard for relaxing!

It was a lovely property and great walk from both long and shorts sands. Clean and fun. I will say, there was no hand soap or toilet paper which was a bit of a surprise. I would say come prepared when you stay, but enjoy the convenience of this vacation

It was our first time to Maine, and it was absolutely wonderful. This place was amazing. It was located in the middle of everything. Close to shoppping, resaurants, and the beach. The house was very clean and literally felt like home. The house is on a dead end road, so it is very quiet. If u wanted to relax, you could with out any problems. We will definitely be coming back!. Tammy is very easy to get a hold of with any questions, Thanks again!!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

I have been renting a house in York for the past 4 summers and this house has been our favorite so far. the location is perfect and its an easy walk to Long Sands. the house is comfortable, spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Tammy is very responsive and I was able to easily communicate with her. My two daughters and I just loved it and cant wait to stay again next year!

Clean, beautiful home! Location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to both beaches and downtown. Quiet neighborhood, will be renting again!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The deck and backyard were quiet and perfect for family dinners and a place for the kids to play. The location was great- an easy walk to long sands and to the center. It is the last house on a dead end street so the street was really quiet and made it feel like you were in your own retreat, but still walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to stay again!

This house is seriously in the perfect spot just a short walk from both short and long sands beach. On a dead end of a private neighborhood it's super quiet for somewhere so close to beach. Tammy has thought of everything and the place is fully stocked with everything you will need from your stay outside of the towels and sheets which she reminds you to bring. It was a little damp and musty - I'm sure from all the rain we've had this season so just be aware if you suffer from allergies like us.

This place is the hidden gem - shhh, don't tell anyone so we can stay each year! :) Our friends have a small, campy place right on the SS, and they were envious of this house. My family and I loved everything about Tammy's property - decor, amenities, location, and so much more. Her communication with us before and during the stay was superb. I cannot wait to go back in less than 50 weeks! Thank you, Tammy, for making your home available to us, as if it were our own.

This house is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, outside shower with hot water is a big plus after the beach. Tammy efficiently labeled switches, left detailed notes which was a big help. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.
