The Seashell 30A puts you right in the heart of it. A fully renovated, privately owned townhome with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and space for up to six guests.

The property sits inside Cassine Gardens, a quiet, well-maintained community with two resort-quality pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a stocked fishing lake, a community gazebo, and miles of nature trails through a cypress grove — all steps from your front door. The One Seagrove Place beach access is a 5–10 minute walk away, with a ramp for the included beach wagon and an outdoor shower at the boardwalk.

THE HOME
MAIN LIVING AREA
The main floor has been fully renovated with brand-new coastal furniture and an open, airy layout designed for families who actually use the space. The living room features a large smart TV and opens directly onto a private deck overlooking the cypress grove — the spot guests consistently mention for morning coffee and evening wine. There are no neighbors sharing your deck.

KITCHEN — FULLY EQUIPPED
The kitchen is a complete renovation: white shaker cabinetry, coastal tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and enough counter space to actually cook on vacation. You'll find a full suite of cookware, dinnerware for 6+, a drip coffee maker, and all the basics you'd expect in a well-stocked home. The dining table seats 6, with 3 additional barstools at the kitchen counter — no one is eating in shifts.

BEDROOM 1 — MASTER SUITE (KING)
The master suite occupies the top floor with a king pillow-top bed, room-darkening shades, and a private en suite bathroom featuring a custom walk-in tile shower with sliding glass door and a modern vanity. A private balcony off the master is perfect for parents who want a quiet moment before the day starts.

BEDROOM 2 — FAMILY ROOM (QUEEN + BUNK BED)
The second bedroom is built for families: a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed (kids love this room), its own private balcony, and a smart TV for wind-down movie nights. This room comfortably sleeps four, making the home ideal for families of four to six.

BATHROOMS
Two and a half bathrooms — no one is waiting in line. The master has a private en suite. The full hallway bathroom (brand new, custom tile surround, tub/shower combo) serves the second bedroom and any additional guests. A half bath on the main floor means you never have to trek upstairs mid-meal.

LAUNDRY

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (infants under 2 in pack 'n play do not count toward the limit)

No parties or events: This is a residential community — neighbors are close; we ask that you respect quiet hours
No pets: Unfortunately no pets are permitted at this property

    This family vacation was truly amazing and unforgettable! We made memories that will last a lifetime…look no further, this is a perfect place to stay! It was honestly the best experience and Ashley went above and beyond, she even helped me create an itinerary! :) the beach access was across the street and the condo was in an excellent location for accessing restaurants, shopping, etc. seriously look not further, this is your sign to rent this place!! The kiddos loved the pools, all the beach accessories, tennis court, feeding turtles and backyard hiking trail/ambiance!

    Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property! It was very close to the beach. We loved the forest and trails right outside the back porch. Having the two full baths and half bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the other amenities made it feel like home. We also enjoyed the pickleball/tennis courts and pool.

    Perfect location in a quiet area with very quick beach access. Property was very clean on arrival and felt very comfortable for our stay. Would be a great spot to bring your children (of all ages). The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely will be back again.
