Stayed Apr 17, 2026Facility and house was nice, clean and easy to find. King beds and bunkroom with own bathrooms worked great for our group. Close to everything. community pool is not heated, surrounded by trees, and did not look like it was cleaned often. A few things to note for others: listing says 4 bikes, there are 2. Had issues with gate remote and codes. No kitchen or 1st floor hand towels - only paper towel. Had Kuerig, no mentioned so no cups for coffee or ‘extras’ anywhere. Bedding is lightweight and no extra blankets for beds, did find 4 lightweight throws. Front door hard to lock (hurricane door?) had leak in front bathroom toilet bowl/ floor squishy. Bunkroom TV is old and no roku or firestick to use it. Had bear in garbage last night. Outdoor Fire pit or fire table would have been nice. Parking was tricky for 2 SUVs. Mgt company was responsive, however we were here for long weekend and they don't have much staff that work weekends. Maintenance guy who did come to house was very professional and nice.

Stayed Apr 1, 2026The house is very nice, beachy and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it a lot. The bedrooms all have ensuite baths and that was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and chatting.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026This home was everything we were hoping for and more. It was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—easy access to everything in Rosemary Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026Very Bad Experience at this house. I’ve been renting places here for a very long time. To stay in Treetop you must have wristbands to access the Seacrest beach. When we arrived at the house Saturday the bands were not at the house as they were supposed to be. They management company finally got us the bands on Tuesday afternoon and when they finally did we were still one short. We were not able to access the beach for 2 days of the stay and were told we could drive to the public beach. Would not recommend this property or management company.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The property is falsely advertised. The bunk beds are far from twin beds. The mattresses are crib size and the linens were ripped. The kitchen is not stocked at all. So don’t bother trying to cook anything worthwhile. Dollar Store quality stuff in the kitchen. Plus, for being a house with beach access via shuttle service not providing beach gear (e.g., chairs, towels, kid toys, etc.) is poor form. Add in drain flies and Australian cockroaches, silverfish, and volia.. no bueno. There are much better places to stay in Rosemary Beach. Don’t be fooled

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Over all it wasn’t a bad experience. Location wasn’t the best compared to the beach and the AC wouldn’t keep the 2nd floor cool at all.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Beautiful home, neighborhood and community pool. Short drive to inlet beach, short walk to sunset beach. Only complaint…bring your own beach towels!

Stayed Mar 3, 2025The stay here was beyond amazing, beautiful home with lots of amenities. We had a total of seven staying and had ample room to have quiet moments as needed. The tram helped make things easier for travel once we figured out how it worked. The only down side was we had three cars and there are only two parking spots, so we had to find additional parking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our third stay with 30a beach girls, and possibly our favorite house yet!. They never disappoint. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the everything was clean/well taken care of. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance from the beach and lots of great restaurants is Rosemary Beach. Just a short drive to Seaside to see the food trucks and shop. The bonfire night was fun but did get a bit chilly. Already thinking about our next trip back!
