Pura Vida is a peaceful 30A retreat set in the quiet, nature-filled Treetop Community. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal home is designed for relaxed family getaways, with easy access to the beach, dining, entertainment, and a calmer setting to return to after full days along the coast.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable layout with all bedrooms on the second floor. Two king bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms, while the bunk room includes three twin-over-twin bunks and its own ensuite, making it ideal for kids or groups.

Guests can enjoy access to the community pool, private Seacrest Beach entry with provided wristbands, and two included bikes for exploring nearby 30A. Back at home, the outdoor entertainment area, gas grill, and outdoor shower make beach days and casual evenings easy.

Additional conveniences include a Keurig Duo coffee maker, washer and dryer, self-check-in, full linen package, and starter supplies for a smooth arrival.

*** Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that access to the Seacrest tram service is no longer provided by the HOA as an amenity for guests and residents of the Treetop community. Guests still have access to the private Seacrest Beach, but will need to reach the beach access point on foot or via car drop-off.
- Please note the lot next door is cleared and construction appears likely to begin soon. No active construction at this time, but this may change without notice.

Parking Details:
- This home includes 2 parking spaces.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The property is falsely advertised. The bunk beds are far from twin beds. The mattresses are crib size and the linens were ripped. The kitchen is not stocked at all. So don’t bother trying to cook anything worthwhile. Dollar Store quality stuff in the kitchen. Plus, for being a house with beach access via shuttle service not providing beach gear (e.g., chairs, towels, kid toys, etc.) is poor form. Add in drain flies and Australian cockroaches, silverfish, and volia.. no bueno. There are much better places to stay in Rosemary Beach. Don’t be fooled

    Over all it wasn’t a bad experience. Location wasn’t the best compared to the beach and the AC wouldn’t keep the 2nd floor cool at all.

    The stay here was beyond amazing, beautiful home with lots of amenities. We had a total of seven staying and had ample room to have quiet moments as needed. The tram helped make things easier for travel once we figured out how it worked. The only down side was we had three cars and there are only two parking spots, so we had to find additional parking.

    This is our third stay with 30a beach girls, and possibly our favorite house yet!. They never disappoint. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the everything was clean/well taken care of. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance from the beach and lots of great restaurants is Rosemary Beach. Just a short drive to Seaside to see the food trucks and shop. The bonfire night was fun but did get a bit chilly. Already thinking about our next trip back!

    We had the best stay at this home! Close to Inlet and Rosemary for dining and shopping! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were all comfortable! We loved the quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to return in the fall. 30a beach girls was awesome with arranging a chef and a pontoon trip!

    Nice location and great neighborhood! Close to shopping and restaurants. Our flight was cancelled so we had to extend an extra night. 30a beach girls very responsive and communication was clear. House was clean and very comfortable. Would book again!
