The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Share meals at the dining table with seating for eight or enjoy a casual bite at the kitchen island with six bar stools.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time on our weekend getaway to 30A. The house was beautiful, and fully stocked with everything that we needed! The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for a large group to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We especially liked the house being a very short walk to the pool area. The golf cart was great and allowed us to park the vehicle and travel the entire area. The beach access was just a short distance away, and the house provided all the necessities to spend the day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!!

In addition to the house itself, it was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and for the beach. The golf cart was a great plus too!

    My wife and checked into the home on Thursday 5/15 at 4:00pm and were shocked to see a new home being built within 20 feet of the home we rented. Jackhammers, hammering, Spanish workers yelling back and forth. This ended around 6:00pm. The next morning at 8 we were awaked by the construction noise. At that time I Contacted Benchmark. Asking them why I was not advised of this being in a construction area. They responded we're really sorry... but we often only learn about nearby contruction after it begins. This construction has been going on for at least 60 days - so this is complete BS. I was told they would submit a request for a refund to their team. The team responded citing line 22 of our rental policy that they cannot be held responsible for construction. Benchmark has an obligation to at least advise renters of contruction. Benchmark is very unprofessional and I would advise never to rent from this host.
