Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the positive side, the home was new an clean, and not too far from the beach, especially given the bikes and golf cart. It was large enough to accommodate my family well. On the negative side, our check-in experience was a bit sloppy (wrong door codes, wrong bike codes, bike lock that did not open at all, and the back door that would not lock every time. We asked for the lock to be checked but no one came during our visit. Most of the rooms' furnishing were fine, but the main den in the downstairs living area was not well appointed. First, the L shaped sofa looked very used and even dirty in places. Second, there were no lamps in the room, just super bright overhead lighting. So the lights were either off or really ON. Kitchen was fine, and only issue was that the blender did not work.

Reviewer Comments: This home exceeded all my expectations—spotlessly clean, ideally located near the beach and great restaurants, and the management was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024It was great. Shortish walk to the beach. Beautiful house. Plenty of space but not enough beds to accommodate 18 for sure. Listing said fold out sofa. It didn’t exist. Property manager took time to respond.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation as a blended family of 7 AND 3 friends. We had 10 total and lots of other friends visited throughout the week. The house was clean, the management group was great to work with, and we loved the location. The only thing missing is a pizza tray!

It was super close to the beach, beautifully decorated and super clean. The bunk room on 3rd floor with double showers was the best for the kiddos. I would definitely rent this home again.
