30A Oasis provides a cozy enclave in one of 30A's most peaceful and tranquil areas with direct access to the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches. Our 3 king bedroom, 3 full bath townhome is located in a gated neighborhood between Alys Beach and Camp Creek Lake. Only 150 steps from our home's backdoor to the gated beach access which will offer the most magnificent beach experience! Previously 4.86 Stars and now professional local management!
Experience old Florida in our 3 king bedrooms, 3 bathrooms townhome! Beach all day, grill on the balcony, or enjoy the 30A vibe at any of the known dining options nearby in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, or 30 Avenue.
Our home provides exclusive access to a private, gated beach. Unlike larger communities, our beach is not overloaded like those of large subdivisions. Public access is impeded by the gated street and beach entry, and Camp Creek Lake to the south. Beach service is available and we will provide a contact if you would like to reserve lounges and umbrellas. We will also provide a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas.
|First Floor|
Enter into the hallway that provides access to all 3 bedrooms with king mattresses. The laundry and closet for storage is also in the hall. All TVs provide you access to YouTubeTV and it’s 100+ channels and Netflix, along with the ability for you to stream dozens of Apps on your own account.
Bedroom 1: King mattress, Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, window view to front yard. En-suite bath with shower/tub.
Bedroom 2: King mattress, Smart TV, closet, ceiling fan, and direct entry into shared bathroom with garden tub/shower. This bathroom is shared with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: King mattress, Smart TV, ceiling fan, sofa, shared bathroom with Bedroom 2. Enter from Bedroom 2 with windows and back door to the backyard walkway only 150 steps to the private gated beach access.
|Second Floor|
The stairs from the entry hall take you to the open living area with high vaulted ceilings. Sliding doors open to the balcony and bring in lots of natural light.
Living Area: Two sofas provide seating to watch your favorite show or game on the large-screen Smart TV. The living area opens to the dining area and kitchen including a dedicated bar area for easy prep for happy hours.
Dining Area: Past the living area is a dining table seating for 6 and
Kitchen: Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, toaster, and coffee machine (Keurig and drip coffee makers provided).
Bathroom: Just to the right of the kitchen is a bath with sink, commode, and shower.
|Outdoor Space|
Balcony: A highlight of the home is the large 10’x16’ composite decking balcony with a charcoal BBQ grill and high-top table, umbrella, and chair seating for 6. There is a gate to the balcony’s stairs that lead down to the beach walkway; 150 steps to our gated private beach access.
Outdoor Shower: Refresh yourself after a long day at the beach with the composite material outdoor shower just outside of the front entry door.

Our neighborhood is gated to control access and limit non-residents/guests access to our beach. It is located less than 2 miles (5 min drive) from Alys Beach and less than 3 miles from the heart of Rosemary Beach. Just south of us is Camp Creek Lake and about 1 mile south is The Big Chill (fka The Hub), a buzzing hangout with food stands and regular entertainment.
We will share our local suggestions for dining and preferred vendors for golf carts, bikes, kayaks, beach service, offshore or bay fishing, transportation, baby and/or beach gear. Many of our vendors and relationships offer our guest great discounts!

Cleaning protocols follow PMI Purify with disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. Smart lock with access code provided at least 2 days prior to check-in.
Home has inside noise/crowd gathering sensors. 25+ age minimum with adult to teen ratio in place. Dates are reserved immediately and confirmed quickly after Host conducts guest screening with a 3rd party.
One hypoallergenic dog allowed up to 25 lbs; pet fee and host pet addendum required. Accidental damage protection is included in your booking. Prior to arrival guests will complete Host's pre-check-in and digitally sign Host's rental agreement. Rental agreement signing required. Contact the host for questions.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Primary guests must be 25 years or older and provide a government-issued photo ID. All guests on the property must be registered and primary guest must complete host online check in and ID/age verification.
-Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail.
100% refund if canceled within 1 day of booking (unless the booking is 30 days or less prior to arrival).
100% refund less $150 cancellation fee if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival.
No Refund if booked or canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival.

-Walton County regulates short-term vacation rentals and guests must adhere to county restrictions that include maximum occupancy, noise, off-site parking, vehicle ID display, trash disposal, and environmental compliance. Violation by guests will result in fines and penalties to the primary guest representative.
-Upon booking deposit or payment, all Guests agree to PMI Destin Vacation Rental Agreement terms and conditions.-MAXIMUM 6 persons and 3 Vehicles.
