Everything you need for a beach trip!

Great house on a corner lot with lots of room downstairs. Love the patio in the morning and all the garage space in the back.

This is our 4th stay at Maurice Au Mer, and it was a wonderful stay! We celebrated our parents' 50th Anniversary with a family trip, and we had a comfortable amount of room for our 3 families. Communication was exceptional and the written instructions were very helpful. Check in and check out was so convenient, and the beach toys, chairs, and bikes were so nice to use and not have to pack. The kitchen was equipped to make family meals, and The Big Chill had great variety when we wanted to eat out.We would definitely come back to this home away from home again and again!

This was our last big summer trip to celebrate our recent high school and college graduates. We had the most wonderful time making memories with our family. The house was the perfect location, beautiful and clean. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Our 4 year old miniature Dachshund was so happy to be able to come with us. It’s always a great vacation when your pet can join. We could not ask for better hosts. We will definitely be back!

The property is top notch and owners are delightful. Highly recommend to those who like the peaceful and quiet neighborhood vibe yet still only a few blocks from family entertainment. You have a 5-10 minute bike ride to good eats, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east and Seaside to the west. Looking forward to next year.

Our 2nd time here! Our family of 6 adults, 3 children, 1 infant and 2 pups had another memorable vacation. It’s just a perfect place - quiet neighborhood, access to big chill, 2 pools. And safe for kids to bike ride and play. The porch is a perfect spot. Plenty of beach equipment to take to the sand a golf cart ride away. Our grandson cried when we were leaving this morning , he didn’t want to leave “this cool house!”

Our group of 10 and 2 pups had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well kept. The owners are very thoughtful. We had everything we could have needed from a crate for our pup to beach towels. The neighborhood was very family friendly. And there was a nearby dog walking area with bags and a trash can near the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our adult children and spouses joined my husband and me for a week full of conversation and activities. There are lots of things to do in the immediate area. We had a couple of days of rain, but the house was perfect with its screened in porch where we just spend time catching up, snacking and drinking, and working on puzzles. It was a GREAT time!

Our family has been staying at Maurice au Mer for many years. The now 9 of us started out as 3 couples. With 3 little ones now in tow, this lovely home is as welcoming and comfortable as ever. Each time we stay here (nearly10 times) we're amazed at how beautifully appointed this house is.

This beautiful house was incredible and easy to find. Laura was a great hostess. Everything is basically in walking distance, except for the beach it's only 10 minutes away. I Would recommend this house to anyone.

Plenty of room and liked the separate bathrooms. Full kitchen was perfect for our group.

The house exceeded our expectations! It was spacious for three families to enjoy the together and relax in our own spacious bedrooms for alone time. It was close the big chill which the kids loved and we enjoyed it too. The house also had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay and more! We are already talking about renting this house next year. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our family. Beautiful and spacious house with all the amenities. Very close to beaches, a pleasant bike ride to Alys a Rosemary Beach to the east and Seaside to west. I wouldn’t change a thing. Also, the owners are very organized- they’ve thought of everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Until next time!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Maurice au Mer and, as usual, it was the perfect destination.

This was the perfect place for our 3 generational family vacation to celebrate our son's completion of army officer calvary training and completion of his history degree.The 5 bedrooms allowed us to spread out a bit after family gatherings in the living and dining rooms. The baby equipment was a huge reason we booked this property. We all enjoyed the beaches, pools, beautiful weather, hikes, biking, and, of course, The Big Chill! The owners were very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this home! Highly recommend this property

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay! The house had enough space for our group to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. We LOVED hanging out on the front porch and taking the bikes out for a ride.
