30A! Great Family Home- 2 Main suites with GOLF CART! Pools, BIG CHILL & Shops!

The house was very clean and well kept up, which is something that’s hard to find bc most property managers do not keep up with the houses.

I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality of the owner and how clean and gorgeous this property is! The pictures really didn’t do it justice. The owner truly cares and their guest’s experience! A+ vacation and BY FAR the nicest property we’ve stayed in around Prominence! We will absolutely be back!!

This property was excellent for our big kid family spring break! There are many activities nearby for all ages and this home was well stocked with all the necessities for our week long stay. The property manager was responsive and helpful when needed. I highly recommend staying here, we would definitely do so again.

This is a fabulous beach vacation rental! Everything from booking to check in and check out was easy and smooth. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with a wonderful screened in front porch perfect for relaxation. The Big Chill is just steps away and the bikes that are included with the rental made getting to the beach and other shops/restaurants very convenient. We love 30A and will definitely look for availability for this fabulous house on our next planned vacation. We definitely recommend!

My family stayed here March 2023 over our daughters high school spring break. She brought along a friend and we also brought our 2 small cavapoos. I would highly recommend this house as a vacation rental. It came with 4 bikes and was close to all the wonderful amenities in Prominence!

This home was so comfortable for my family! The location is great as it is right in the middle of all of the cute little beach towns on 30A. The home was very clean, beds were super comfy, had everything we needed, loved the porch, it was very quiet and really one of our favorite vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We really didn’t want to leave. We will never need to look for another rental when visiting 30A again.

Absolutely loved this area the first time we stayed and had to come back! The home was perfect for our size family and we were happy with the location, close enough to the Hub/beach and yet, just far enough away for quiet evenings on the front porch. Can't wait to come back!

March of 2023, the family and I took a vacation to 30a and stayed at this lovely location! We've been to 30a before, but this location is far above our previous stay in the big chill (previously the Hub) area. Everything was just as advertised and we love the property. If we could move in, we would!! The Location is perfect !! The owner was very accommodating and was available for any questions that came up during the course of our stay. Even though a snafu on our side, the owner was very accommodating, honest, supportive and helpful along the way. We appreciated everything about this stay and look forward to returning. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a pristine location to stay with your family and/or friends. Thanks Again

We had a great time at Sandyland! We've stayed in this neighborhood in the past and we love it. It's close to all of the stuff that 30A has, within walking distance to the Hub and close enough to Panama City Beach and Destin so if you want to do the tourist stuff you can do so easily. This was our first time bringing our dogs and this house was perfect for them - the recently added fenced in yard and grass were something that our know our dogs loved. The house is in awesome shape and very comfortable for a group of adults - we had 6 and everyone had more than enough space.
