30A Bliss 3 mins walk to Beach, Pool, near Rosemary, Alys, Big Chill -Seacrest

The home was awesome, very clean and cute. My only complaint was the pillows were so uncomfortable, and the private beach access was closed so choosing the public access options was a good walk then the long walk down the flight of stairs and then the long walk to rent chairs, just hard In the heat with small children.

Wonderful house in a great location. Close to the beach with easy walking distance. I wish the beach we had access to would allow us to set our chairs up there. They asked us to pay 70 for only 2 chairs, not allowing id to use our own. We had 6 people and that is quite expensive! We had to walk further down carrying all our stuff and find a spot on the crowded public beach while the private one remained empty the entire week. Unfortunate for that rule. Still the home was charming and had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

The property was beautiful. There is no beach view or ocean view and it is definitely not oceanfront or beachfront. It was a short walk which was fine but the stairs were a big obstacle to going down to the beach very often during our week stay. No visible sunrise or sunset from the property due to the beautiful trees. Lots of outdoor space to relax outside on the patio and balconies. The property had an incredible variety of cooking utensils and servingware. Beautiful decor. quiet. Relaxing. Just be aware that the living quarters with the kitchen and the living room and the dining room are up two flights of stairs and a small landing pad. The bedrooms are downstairs. Would be lovely if this had been reversed since we spent the majority of the time upstairs. But then again we are well aged with arthritic knees! Our property manager Eric was quick to respond to two service requests, He had DoorDash drop off a shower grab bar and safety mat one day and the next day when our blender broke, he had a new one delivered immediately! Can’t get any better than that.

We loved our stay. The house was lovely and the beach and pool were great. A short walk across the street and the beach was right there. I loved how the house was decorated it was great for us and our adult kids. We all enjoyed the trip immensely! Would totally go back. Appreciate all the local information from the owners. Very helpful.

Host was very accommodating to our needs.Everything was in great condition, house is beautifully decorated inside. The community pool was really nice, on the windy days when it was too chilly to go to the beach. Location is nice, tucked back in, and just a few short minutes to walk to the beach. I thought the beach sand was of the cleanest I had seen in a long time. But hardly any shells. Even though we had a few pretty chilly days we were able to be refreshed, reconnect and relax . Just a much needed break- get away. Thanks again!

This was an amazing! The house was immaculately clean and every bedroom had its own bathroom! We loved the area and would definitely come back. The only complaint we had was spotty WiFi.

Everything was super easy - smooth check-in and just a short walk to the beach. The place was nice and exactly what we needed!

This property was exactly as described. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Super close to everything. It was so clean inside; not a speck of sand to be found. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed her Fall Break and would stay at this property again.

This property was simply amazing. Clean and comfortable. Close to the pool and beach access. Beautiful porches to enjoy upstairs and down. We only incurred one issue and the property manager was prompt to respond and fix the issue, even though it was after business hours. The property owner was very curtious in letting us know of them coming in to replace an appliance and they responded when I had questions. Everything was wonderful and it made celebrating my granddaughter 's 2nd birthday perfect. The only thing I wish I would have known up front is that the beach access is 55 steps down and back up from the street (which is no reflection on the home). Thanks to the property owner and manager for a wonderful week with my family.

30A Bliss was a great place to stay! We loved the location. It is a super quick walk to the beach, and to the pool. We appreciated access to extra beach chairs, beach toys, floats, etc. The property manager and owners were extremely communicative which I really appreciate. The home was clean and comfortable. The den could use more comfortable seating for larger families. We had 6 people, and we would’ve loved closer and more comfortable seating. Everything else was great!

We had so much fun and felt truly relaxed. We had all of the amenities at our fingertips and it felt very much like a resort.. The location to get to the beach was amazing and the location of our home was perfectly close to all the fun but not too close to fight traffic daily! Crossing 30A was a non issue! We used Shawn and Blaine for our daily chair set up and they rocked!Thank you for your hospitality!

We booked a last minute trip to 30A and we were lucky to find this house! It’s in a great location on a quiet dead end street, about equal distance to the beach and the pool. Plenty of space for our group, multiple balconies to view sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed this home!

The house was big enough to accommodate our family. I highly recommend this home it’s decorated beautifully and located in a great location.

Great stay! Location super convenient and close to private beach access. Pizza at Waterhouse was amazing! Great for the kids and family. We will be back!

We have stayed at Magnolia Cottages several times and the easy beach access really can't be beat! This house is at the front of the neighborhood and a really quick walk to the beach as well as the pool. Waterhouse is new since the last time we visited and was great for pizza and drinks (including wine and beer to go). The kitchen has basic cookware and utensils for meals. We liked the layout with kitchen and living room upstairs, and the porches were really nice! Only downside really was the igniter on the grill didn't work- we had to buy a lighter to use it.

We had a wonderful stay in the 30A Bliss Cottage. Great location, and lovely accommodations!

Lovely home, clean and well organized. A bathroom for every bedroom makes for easy mornings to get ready for the day. Enjoyed all the porches for morning coffee and evening chats!
